Wendy's

Let me start by saying I understand that we are in trying times and resources are limited. My cousin and I went to this Wendy's location about 1030 in the drive-thru, the voice over the speaker says before even greeting started to tell us what they dont have, and when I asked for Jr. bacon cheeseburger deluxe, and the response was " we don't have that I asked what about a different burger and again the tone was very sharp. My cousin ordered a combo but after being told that they only have diet drinks right now, my cousin asks to "take the drink off please" the cashier the voice says " no its mandatory" What the what? All they had to do was take the drink off, then says "what else"? and I wanted to look at the screen to make sure the order was correct and I could hear them say " Oh my God" and sigh. I was done at that point, well once we got our food, my burger was cold and the baconator fries were a joke. While I get its fast food, but customer service is not negotiable.

Never mind the drive thru is broken with a hand written sign up. I waited 5-6 minutes and I guess the computer was down or something. People started driving off around me and I then told them I have a mobile order will they have it. I was told to drive around where I sat behind another car and noted the window stayed open. Yea stayed open continuously....just sad. Maybe the ac was out.

Would never be able to guess when they would actually take ur order, they always lock the doors and do not respond to the intercom. If you're gonna make up hours as you go at least have some type of schedule posted or something

I eat healthy on a regular basis but once or twice a year I step out the box and eat fast food.I chose to eat Wendys this time because my sister tried a new spicy chicken sandwich and said it was good.I chose the #11 combo with a chocolate frosty. Which is the spicy chicken sandwich. I drove all the way home and they had given me a burger sandwich and it was missing the cheese sauce and nothing spicy on it. I was furious !!! I immediately called to speak to the manager but after 3 or 4 tries, the phone just rang and no answer, and there was no way I was going to drive back, I don't live close. So, only because I was hangry at this point, I ate the burger and washed it down with the frosty. Which 2 hours later I regretted because I got the nastiest stomach ache and had to skip dinner and spent the night in the restroom.Wendys NEVER AGAIN !!I mean, I know fast food is obviously the lowest of food forms and I shouldn't expect much but like I said, I only eat it once or twice a year and I should at least expect to get the right food and not end up completely sick from my a visit.

I gave them a 2 because the young lady at the drive thru was nice. They don't have anything in stock. This is major chain and last time I checked we are not in an apocalypse. No salads and no frostier.. asked for nothing burger they put ketchup in it. Chicken sandwich fried sooo hard I could barely chew it. I will have to patronize another location if I decide I want Wendy's

Food was fresh took 20Mins but what do you expect from fast food joints that have no staff I live wendys but yeah man they need to work on that order time foreal smh. I do recommend going to Hot Grill Halal for some fresh burgers man

This review is going to be short and sweet, like me. Well, I'm 5' 5". Is that short? Anyways, I have not been to Wendy's in a good while. I didn't like thier French fries and I got sick of eating thier spicy chicken sandwiches. When I was searching the world for the best prom dress (mine was the best. It is what it is) in high school, my Mom, sister, and I got addicted to this sandwich. Which is a surprise because my Mom is a health nut. She still eats this sandwich every once in a while. Anyways so many people have been raving over their blueberry pomegranate lemonade that I went to get it. While I was there I ordered a small French fry because I heard they changed the recipe. I got a large lemonade because that many people can't be wrong. Oh, and I got a small strawberry lemonade as well because I heard those were good too and if I didn't like the pomegranate one I would just mix them together.All were good. Bothe lemonades tasted delicious and refreshing. Not too much sugar. The fries were fresh and hot and perfect without ketchup. I was glad with my order!

Hard pass! The workers are lazy and slow. The customer service threw me off. Everybody just looks so dry. Food was cold and they had to recook it. yeah won't be ever coming here again

Ttwice they gave the wrong sandwiches!The lst two times the lettuce was a terrible slab and the quality of the sandwiches was exremely inferior. We have been trading there for years and wonder why thq quality has suddenly dropped? New management or ??Will switch to Macdonald's!

For some reason I have been on a Wendy's kick, but this location has turned me off. I had been several times this month hoping "this time will be better". It never is. The service is always slow and the seem to charge whatever they want. The strawberry lemonade is always on point but the nuggets are just ok, but good luck getting the dipping sauce. I will say that the time I went inside to order instead of going thru the drive thru it still took forever (just ordered a strawberry lemonade) but the cashier was very nice. I really don't like the male manager there. He is rude and never smiles or says thank you.
