Wendy's

First off this is my 1st time leaving a review about a fast food establishment, but let me tell you THIS IS THE BEST WENDYS IVE BEEN TO IN A WHILE. I placed my order online and when I got there I went inside and they were in a big dinner rush through drive thru. The manager immediately told me we're waiting on your fries because we make them fresh per order and then everything came out fresh and hot. If I ever crave Wendy's again, this will be the only location I go to.

Always have gotten very friendly drive up window service! These guys are awesome and very kind! They are genuinely Awesome employees!!

Slow slow slow been at the speaker for 10 minutes and still waiting for the person taking orders.... This place has crappy service oh well the food's decent but the service is trash

I can't tell when the last time they cleaned this place up was. All of the tables had leftover residue on them. The floors were sticky. My chili seems fine though, so not bottom of the barrel.

Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes then got charged for an extra combo afterwards when I asked for my money back the employee gave my money back BEFORE taxes. So I wanted a full refund and try a different place. When I asked for a full refund the employee had to ask the manager (who was on FaceTime) to tell what the employees to do. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for my money back.

BEWARE! Do not Go here!I could give half a star I would. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Wendy's in all of Houston, Texas!!The drive lines are backed up so you will wait between 10-15 minutes for your food, the staff is GHETTO AND RUDE, full of kids running the place with no comprehension. The food is subpar. How does one screw up a salad? My salad was tossed together and some wilted pieces. If we order at the drive through we shouldn't have to check our bag to find things missing and then when I told the little girl, that my two dressings aren't in the bag she replied, "I know." Like wtf! Then she asked someone where the dressings were then she gave me one and I said two three times! Never going back. Who ever owns and manages this particular store need to fire everyone and start again. Let me know I have the perfect person that can clean up that store. Also, they DON'T give receipts so check your bank account...Wendy's MANAGEMENT...I am not the one so you need to train your staff to hand out proof of purchase and don't sit down when running out cards (the person was sitting down so I couldn't see them swipe the card).

0 stars first, I pulled up to the window. Nobody answered, so I went inside, very unprofessional, seem like they didn't even wanna be at work. I got my order wrong twice and when I ask them to fix it, she had an attitude. Then when I told them, I was missing a piece of my order. She said I don't think you got all of that but I'll give it to you anyway which I definitely did. I'm looking at the receipt while she's looking at the receipt. And I was leaving. She said y'all need to get Mike up here cause I can't do the front no more implying that she wasn't even supposed to be doing that overall very unorganized very unprofessional. Don't eat here. Take the time to drive to a better place

First, I was waiting for 15 minutes for a salad second when I went up to pay through my Apple Pay I have a security on my phone to where no one can just open up my wallet and use my card. I've told us to the people three times to let me see the machine or bring it to the window and they said they couldn't do that 2023 and your machines can't be moved. Come on now

Ms.Kim really,really did a amazing job...EVERY THING CAME OUT SMOKING HOT/FRESH will be coming back i. hope to see Ms.Kim there so I'll know it's FRASH.

The absolute worst it took them 15 minutes just to take my drive-through order and when I finally got a simple order in the middle of a rain storm they got it wrong they gave me a dollar menu chicken sandwich and NOT The spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered that cost six dollars I believe they did this purposefully as well because they did NOT give me a receipt and could probably hear me getting frustrated about them not taking my order after 15 minutes I couldn't go backwards I couldn't go forward so I couldn't leave the lineI will NEVER GO BACK HERE!!
