Average expectations for Wendy's location. I ordered my food and it came out in about six minutes which seems fine to me. Staff were friendly and the place looked clean. Will return. Large parking lot present with the usual drive-through available also.

Fast food ain't so fast anymore isn't?Makes it especially frustrating when they get your order wrong and the whole trip takes 30 min.

Great atmosphere, I went back to visit today and the food was very fresh. However the lobby looked and if it needed cleaning. And the drink machine spewed something out in my drink I noticed.

Went this afternoon 2/16/2024. Used the bathroom and there was no tissue. One of the workers was coming out as I was going in. Wonder what she used? I left without ordering.

I walked in and placed an order--4 burgers without cheese and 2 small frosties. I got 4 cheeseburger combo meals, 3 large frosties, and a bill for twice what I expected. I said no, that's not what I ordered. A manager appeared, and a rapid fire conversation in Spanish occured, of which I got enough that she told the mgr this is exactly what I ordered and I'm just not happy with the food. I told the mgr it was the service I wasn't happy with, keep the food and give me back my money.Most Wendy's have decent fast food, but drive past this one!!

Went to the drive through & the host "Kimberly " was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 1.First thing I ask her was can you hear me good she said yes so then I proceeded to order she kept saying "anything else" in a rude way like she was trying to get me to hurry up it wasn't no line behind me either then once I get to the window I was showing her a coupon I have for a FREE 10Pcs nuggets she proceeded to still catch a attitude saying "Ain't working" like I'm sorry you have to work at a fast food restaurant ‍ then she gave me my receipt I look and she still put my order in wrong then tell me that everybody heard me saying #10 meal I said no I said 10pcs nugget meal despite her attitude towards me I was still being nice to her saying I'm sorry...

SLOW SLOW SLOW Had placed the order online but they didn't start making until after arrival Took forever to get 4 burgers and COLD fries

Entered restaurant at 12:25, first in line. Placed order at 12:29, a chicken sandwich, no meal. Didn't receive order until 12:48. Was 7-8 disgruntled customers who had also waited a long time for their order. Enough said.

Manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional she argued that I couldn't substitute those French fries out for a chili. Which I always have even at this location last month with the General manager and it wasn't a problem.

Just visited this Wendy's. My son ordered a meal and asked for it to be large. When we arrived at the window to pay, we were given a small drink . They stated that we did not order a large . But, my.husband and I both heard him say Large.The employee seemed irritated and charged us for a large drink instead of charging us the difference. When we realized what she did, she called the manager and the manager appeared irritated as well and refunded our money with no apology. She didn't even say a word she just handed us the only and walked off
