This is the most disgusting Wendy's I have EVER been to. First of all, she gave me 3 sauces for 30 chicken nuggets. Second of all, every single nugget was over cooked and tasted stale and were pretty inedible being that they tasted 2 days old. Same with the fries. Cold within 30 seconds of leaving. Thirdly, I got a SPOILED RANCH. Yeah. I was eating my fries and took a dip in the spoiled ranch and got this rotten vinegar taste. The color even differs from the unexpired ranch to the expired ranch. If I get sick, y'all have something coming. Y'all need to be reported for violating health codes.

Smooth, no problems. They gave us extra toppings and dressing for our salad. There was a bit of a wait but when the food came, it was hot.

You gotta ask for condiments when you fo drive thru. Do not expect them to ask you if you want ketchup etc. the most they will put in is salt and pepper with napkin and that's it. So if you order fries and you jonesing for some red dip, you gotta remember to ask. It ain't no whataburger. With that said.... I usually dine in. No funky smells. As someone who come frequently for lunch because my work place two blocks away.. I want some time for myself and outta the office away from ppl... Everytime I come in, staff friendly and they do not chatter loudly amongst themselves like some other places. Gotta put this as a top spot to work. Wifi has great connection. The lady always taking my order is friendly Hispanic woman with soft voice. Very nice and prompt. My orders never got wrong. The food is the usual Wendy's food. I always get the grilled chicken sandwich combo or switch between the harvest and apple pecan salads. Half size salads are huge and chicken is always hot and same goes for chicken sandwich. Out of the 30 times I come here, ice machine died twice and ketchup ran out once. That's pretty good in my book xD NO, IT STILL DOES NOT SMELL LIKE AZZHOLES! The carpet is fuked on side where condiments are but just watch your step. Shout out to MARIBEL the cashier who always tends to me during my lunch break. For me this place convenient coz I get full meal for $4 and it's near my work. I come to lunch between 12:30-2pm. I could go to other places but I get the best service here, I have never met someone so kind and professional as Maribel!! This woman needs a reward or pay raise coz I have seen her handle customers full of shit and she always so calm and overall just inspiration on how to deal with dumb peasants.

Disgusting cold hard food . Ordered through yelp a piece of hair in my fries. Everything was hard from the bun on the sandwich down to the nuggets and fries.

Fries were not HOT or CRISPY Advertisement & Promotion was great but they didn't Deliver so SAD

Best Wendy's in Houston. Service was great, food was hot, and the restaurant maintained tidiness.

I went to this Wendy's the other morning and these ladies was so rude! T-mobile gave a free breakfast sandwich and I didn't know that i had to download the app! The workers didn't try to assist at all! I will not return to this location!

This place is trash. Customer service is horrible i was almost thrown my drinks at me over the window. Cashier was nonchalant about it when I told him why he was doing that. This place is in an area where no business thrive and on top bad service? Cmon. Surprised they're even open still.
