Wendy's

This lady in the drive thru just now was so rude to ne for no reason and didn't even understand what kind of order i repeated the order like 4 times. Isn't the first time she's been an absolute a hole to me and im sure other people. I would avoid going here

Terrible service and it takes for ever to and get your food. They need to get new management and retain there employees

Every single time I come here for a burger I tell them no cheese. And EVERY SINGLE TIME they give me cheese. I love Wendy's but hate this location. Waste of time and money!

Food came out hot and fresh, the customer service was very good and they went out of their way to help me. The ambiance of the place was very clean, I felt safe and happy.

This location has to be one of the worse ones in Houston, the drive thru is hardly ever open past 11pm and customer service is horrible EVERY TIME I've been. Avoid this location

Last night I went and they gave me and my girlfriend food poisoning. I been trying to call all day but they have been declining my calls. Would not recommend going over night.

I had ordered via the mobile app and waited in a line of about 5 cars and they took about 20 mins to get to me. When I finally get to the window, I didn't even get a greeting and immediately told me my order is $19 which I had to remind them I have a mobile order. I hear the clerk scramble and come back to me saying "no chocolate frosty, just peppermint." I guess I had no choice now but I let that go. I received my meal about five minutes later with the person behind me raising his hands at me like the delay was my fault.I got home five minutes later and notice that they missed the nuggets of my Biggie Bag. At least there was BBQ sauce? If that was not bad enough, the burger had watery tomatoes like it just got washed AND the lettuce stem ticker than my thumb. Unbelievable.I order from other Wendy's and this is not the first time my order got messed up from this specific branch. I'll take a longer drive to the other Wendy's down the road because they always have their act together.

Seriously Wendy's? I ordered this baconator baked potato through door dash and this is what I got shame on you Wendy's for messing people's orders

My food was hot and fresh. My only complaint is that they put onions on my burger after being told that I wanted them off.

Decided I wanted Wendy's and got there at 11:00pm to see a long line outside, didn't matter so I decided to wait. Got to the speaker it was 11:28pm to see that the speaker was broken and you had to order at the window. Didn't matter so I continued to wait. Finally got to the window at 11:58 pm for the girl with the curly hair and glasses to look at me and finally at 12:00 am say its too late. I tried to tell her that we have been sitting in the line since 11:00pm and she shrugged her shoulders and said it's too late and they are closed, turned her back and started laughing and giggling with another employee. If this is the kind of employee's that Wendy's hires to supply customer service then they need to be fired. Someone could have came outside and said they were taking their last orders, or you could put up a sign saying last order at "X" time. The speaker being broken is not a fault of your customers but an inconvenience provided by you! I hope to hear from you all to rectify the rude behavior of your employee and the poor customer service she provided.P.S.- for anyone thinking of coming here, save your money and go to whataburger, burger king or McDonalds. Its not worth it!
