Wendy's

I live near this Wendy's but have not eaten here in a few years. Since then, I noticed it has been remodeled on the outside and inside.About a week ago, I decided to stop by for lunch and ordered the Cod sandwich combo upgraded to medium fries and drink for $6.91 with tax.The food was ready in less than 5 minutes. The fish sandwich was very good with the cod having a nice taste to it. Also, I like the fact that Wendy's greatly improved their fries a few years ago because now they are good. While eating, I noticed that this restaurant has those multi flavor drink dispensers that you normally don't see in Wendy's, McDonalds, Burger King, etc. Also noticeable was the faux fireplace with comfortable chairs in front of it that resembled more like a Starbucks or Panera Bread. I liked that. The food was good and I like the environment here so I will give a 4 for the apparent effort.

Took $50 from me gave me change back from a $20! Ask to see cameras because all I had was a $50 manager Ricky says doesn't see my car on camera in the drive through! How do I have a receipt and your employee remember me. Then says their not aloud to take $50 anyway. Now they won't give me my change these people are thieves and shady tons of places to eat around here don't give them your business

Great and clean Wendy's , remodeled and great location! Normally they get my order right and since it's near my home this is the Wendy's we go to, when we want a fresh burger fix. They always have monthly specials be sure to check them out to see what's new. The customer service is improved and that's always a plus.

If I could give 0 starts, I would. I come to this Wendy's three days out of the week, if not more. Call me difficult, but when you upgrade in size, I'm sure you expect to receive as you paid. I decided to come back because this always happens. I turned around and told the alleged manager, Josh. He was extremely rude and aggressive. I have never received customer service like this. So sad to think wendys praises this type of service.

This is a solid Wendy's location however, it is not busy at all I think because it's surrounded by so many other options. Although I found the staff to be very nice and friendly, it is not a very busy location. This one really is in a weird spot almost in the middle of a Kroger parking lot between the gas station and grocery store.

Only gave 3 stars cause the inside to eat seems to never be open! But the Cobb salad here is definitely on point! Only fast food place that even has salads anymore on the menu!

I stopped off at Wendy's for a little snack. The gentleman at the drive-thru was very polite and accommodating when I asked for fresh nuggets. It was very refreshing to deal with such a professional employee. Thank you Alex for making my quick Wendy's run a pleasant experience!

This place has one of the best customer service especially the cashier Christian he was super understanding about what I was ordering and overall gave better conversation than Chick-fil-A and Whataburger employees he was overall outstanding in being fast and efficient and triple asked to make sure I had everything I wanted in my order, props to him and the rest of the staff today I'll 100% be back soon.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I go through the drive thru and the person attending is immediately not giving their full attention and of course, they get my order wrong. What do they do about this? They gaslight me and blame it on me saying it was my mistake. At this point I just want my food and so they insist of charging me for the new order and the manager is constantly giving me an ugly face. The food is not even good. This place might have ruined Wendy's for me.

Puke alert!!!! Don't get the Frosty!! It was spoiled! Thank god my son could tell on the first spoon bite and didn't eat the whole thing. And sure as hell don't expect the manager, Martha, to care. I drove back to get a refund and to let them know they could be making people sick. Dump that batch and clean the machine. The girl behind the counter was very nice and said she's get the manager. Pretty sure she just woke her up!! Seriously. Manager Martha had disheveled hair and was shuffling her feet like she had slippers on. She looked drunk really. Didn't even look at me. Didn't say a word. Slowly handed me my $5 and that was it. Martha is a terrible manager that literally couldn't care less. I sure hope they dumped that batch of chocolate frosty so no one got sick. I'm pretty sure they didn't.
