Wendy's

I've tried calling all day as I did not get my credit card back when I went through the drive through last night. No one answers. Well, I should have figured an employee stole it and went on a shopping spree to Walgreens and Walmart today. People are so horrible!

Horrible customer service, they refused to honor the purchase through the app even though they could see the purchase and the receipt. Fix your system! It's not the customers fault your system is trash

Not to be confused with Windy's, which is in Oklahoma or something, and keeps getting hit by tornadoes, so then not a great place to get burgers.But it's got to be better than this, right? I mean the toilet tastes better than this. Not that I would know.Located just off the interstate in 290 in Cypress is this Wendy's, which has nice service and makes a decent effort, but I just think that their salads are awful as at most fast food places, and their burgers are some of the worst you can get at any fast food outlet.I'm also partial to Chili, especially in Texas, but no matter where you are in the country, the Chili at Wendy's tastes awful, like a sort of strange Italian soup with nothing but blandness if we're honest about it.So to say it's not one of my favourite fast food chains is a huge understatement.

How is this place even open?? Must be a front. Anyway went to get a quick bite decided if I wanted it fresh eat it there. Wrong. Frost the place is filthy the floor was oily. Secondly ordered with a very rude cashier when I asked a question on a new item. Then the food. Omg the worst food I've ever been served at a fast food place. I didn't expect fine dining but damn Wendy's use to be decent. The food was cold and burger I think was made earlier in the day. The drink machine didn't work and they were out of ice. Pathetic.

Got there at 8:50pm. Guess the workers decided that they were done for the day. There were two cars in front of me. No one was served. No one was speaking over the speakers as far as I could tell. The truck at the front of the line pulled around, but I'm pretty sure he ended up just leaving. I rolled down my window to see if I could hear anything and all I heard was the car in front of me saying "hello" repeatedly. I left and went to Whataburger. Oh, and there were 3 cars in front of me initially. I know that the truck at the front of the line was there for at least 5 minutes while I was there, but it must have been even longer because the 3rd car that was in line pulled off like a minute after I got there. This was my second bad experience, btw. My first time there I ordered a whatever number their bourbon burger is-and they gave me that cheesy6 pub burger instead.

I never thought I'd leave a review for a fast food place but here I am. Management needs to be replaced with someone who knows about customer service. This Wendy's is overcharging for their food compared to what's on the corporate website. Talked to the Manager's about it and they said rudely that they can do whatever they want with the food and pricing.

This is the only Wendy's in the area that actually gives fresh food when you ask for it!

I came to get some dinner around 6:30 pm today June 4th. I went thru the drive thru and got my food everyone was very nice in the drive thru I proceeded to park and eat. Nature ended up calling and I needed to use the restroom so I went in and did then when I went to leave the older women at the counter asked me "how can I help you?" And I said "oh no I'm okay. I just used ur restroom" then the women decided to give me the ugliest look and roll her eyes. So I then said "I bought food from yall thru the drive thru so idk why ur giving me those looks." Then she rolled her eyes again. This is not the first negative encounter I've had with her either.

When you think of fast food burgers, you assume they know what they're doing. I was in a rush going to the bank and grabbing lunch quickly. I get to my desk and take a few bites of my burger and realize it's under cooked. Please re-train staff on proper cooking and the importance of serving raw foods. I'm extremely disappointed & hope I don't get sick.

Employees will stare at you on their phone and not take your order. I walk in, one employee is laying down on their back in a seated booth area, we make eye contact he gets up and then lays back down on his phone. Same day 2 people in the back watched me walk in and did not once come to the counter. I'm no Karen but I genuinely didn't know poor service existed like this. I've heard similar stories before and wanted to actually see if it was real and I'm just blown away
