Wendy's

I usually get the standard stuff, like the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, Frosty, Chili, things like that. Occasionally I'll get a Bacon Jalapeño Cheeseburger or a Baconator, or the Spicy Nuggets. Not mindblowing food, but it's good. I wouldn't be mad if it was the last available option for food on this planet.

You give business a chance once in a while. However, when they mess up your order 2 times in a roll that enough. I ordered a Bourbon Bacon Burger with extra meat, large fry, and large Coke. I drove home and once home I started on the fries then the burger. After opening the burger. I noticed there was only 1 meat patty. I could see bacon but no bourbon sauce. So I went back to get the burger I ordered. Once I got to the windows it was less than 2 minutes the burger was ready. I have never seen a burger made faster. So I headed home to see the burger was all wrong again. The meat was reheated up Pattie's there was no bourbon sauce or onion rings on the burger. The burger was completely dry. This was the worst burger experience I have ever seen. This place can't make a burger right if it was drawn in front of them. I do not recommend this Wendy's this webmaster a bad experience not once but three times now.

How is Wendy's even in business anymore. I went after not going for 5 years. It's exactly the same but worse. Frozen tomatoes ???

One star is too high of a rating for this place. In fact this location killed my taste or desire to ever go back to any Wendy's. Get this, I drive up to the drive through in the middle of the afternoon approx 2:30PM because I had a doctors appointment and had been fasting. Nobody answered the drive through so I went to the window, I could see people inside but nobody would come to the window. I then make a detour and park so that I can walk through the door and up to the counter. GUESS WHAT? NOBODY BEHIND THE COUNTER WOULD COME TO THE DOOR!!!! I DONE WITH WENDY'S!!

The employees look like they are dead on the inside and hate their jobs. Also why is the food from the drive thru always stale and cold?? Smh worst Wendy's ever I'll be sticking to McDonald's from now on

I truly regret stopping here! I was in a hurry and desperate but will never make that mistake again! I hate it when I order something very simple (chicken sandwich) at the drive thru only to discover later that the order is wrong. I called to complain and it was clear that the manager did not care. Are you not trained to apologize?

Zero stars!!!Absolutely disgusting! Ordered through the drive thru and once we got home, my burger was rock hard to the point you could actually tap on the bun and it sounded like wood. Fries were cold and hard also. Soda was flat. I will never return here, this isn't a one time thing, their food represents the way they do business.

SO Gross. Literally cockroaches on table that ran across granddaughter's hand, flies landing on our food, floor was sticky, upholstery was ripped, the help spoke little English. Really shitty place and I'll never go back.

Salad looked and smelled worse than the garbage you would find in a dumpster outside a restaurant. The manager should be fired. She is clearly making a conscious decision to serve spoiled food. Fortunately, this Wendy's will be out of business once the Chick Fil A opens at Grant and Spring Cypress.

Hamburger was good once they made it correctly. Fries warm which is pretty much the way they always are when you eat there.All the tables were dirty. I told the manager and he came out to clean them (tables should be cleaned regularly).Worst part is the major amount of flies around the tables. Didn't notice them until after we ordered our food. Manager said he knew about flies and apologized. I would have asked for my money back and left but my husband said not to worry. I spend my entire meal swatting flies away from my face and arms. It was odd they didn't land on my food just me. Yuck! I don't understand why they would even stay open when they have a fly problem. Seems like a health hazard.
