Wendy's

I never have a good experience at this place! Ordered drive through and the guy was so rude!! No one in line but he was rushing me. I could not complete my order without him interrupting. He entered my order wrong and when I told him it was wrong he got pissed off. Prices have gone up so I expect my fries to be full not half a$$! And don't get me started on condiments, we got none!

I got a taco salad and the kids nuggets and FriesI got sick with cramps and diarrhea, my daughter who ate the fries and nuggets vomited. I will never go back!

10.12.22We have not gone to Wendy's in years. And I have to say we have not been missing anything. We ordered food to go and omg the jr bacon cheeseburger was smaller than a kid hamburger at McDonald's. It was like a slider and the bacon was so hard I could not even chew it. I am not going to continue writing how everything was just horrible. Just know we will NOT be eating at any Wendy's ever again.

Paid almost $17 for a combo meal with a small chili. Fries were stale, drink was flat, and sandwich was just ok. I think I am done with this establishment. You do not get your moneys worth and service is horrible. They need to spend more time cleaning. Very dirty and sticky counters and floor.

I stopped going to this store a little over a year ago. I could not depend on their dining area being open for business the only choice that I had was to utilize their drive thru. I enjoy being able to go in, sit down and enjoy my meal. I pass this location three or four times a week on the way to work. I decided to stop and see if the dining area was in fact open this past Sunday. I was so excited to see a man and very young boy eating in the dining area. I went in placed my order received the food and the food was delicious. My only complaint is that none of the employees acknowledged me at all even the on duty manager. I seriously believed that the employees singled me out because I was in a security guard uniform and that possibly they thought that I was a police officer and had negative encounters with police officers in the past. But as I ate there was a small handful of customers that came into the restaurant to order and pickup deliveries and they were not acknowledged by the employees either. I was sitting at the counter with bar stools and could hear if the employees acknowledged the subsequent customers, the customers were never acknowledged by any of the employees. The young woman dressed in a pink shirt was working the drive thru and concentrating on her smart phone. There were no customers in the drive thru at that time. I tried to get the attention of that female employee. She finally did assist me and then abruptly jumped up on metal counter behind the cash registers and was back on her smart phone. I honestly believe that if Dave Thomas was alive he would take a dim view of this group of employees and their lack of providing good customer service.

Don't go in the last hour before they close. the burgers were both cold and the fries soggy.

I have tried this location multiple times since it first opened. I think out of 7 times, they got the order right once. Most orders have been missing something, but iit'snot worth going back because of the distance. I will not be returning.

Wrong order was given to me after it was repeated twice... Didn't realize it when I got home and tried calling the location but phone would ring once and call drops. I tried using a different phone and got the same thing

I purchased 4 biggie bags which all were burgers. On one of my orders the bread had mold on it. I've tried calling the number that is provided but the call was not going through. I do no recommend this Wendy's.

I got the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie bag from here today. First off, you could see how cold the cheese was, and it wasnt even slightly melted i peeled it right off, and then i took a bite and the burger itself was also very cold. I used to love Wendys but lately their food has been low quality.
