Vito's pizza and grill

Food taste awesome. Everything they cook is delicious. From ordering on the phone to delivering their service is great. Order from at least four a month.

I can honestly say I love their pizza. I love the fresh texture of the pizza dough, they put a good amount of cheese and the sauce has a good flavor. I prefer them more than Kings pizza, I felt that Kings pizza was good but more pizza dough than toppings and the pizza sauce on Kings pizza has a very bland taste.

upset that it was so nasty ; I was really excited to try there food . Alfredo taste like the freezer .

This place is disgusting!!!!! I had a roach in my pizza steak. This place has roaches crawling around where the food is. If you eat from here, you're bound to have some type of bug in your food.

Ordered from these guys an got my food I ordered 20 wing an a chz burger platter also some chz fries out of the packaging everything looked gd got to my wings they weren't done so I called an took the wings back to b made over hhe made the wings an gave me 15 I ordered 20 I said something to the guy he asked me do I wanna wait for two wing dings not to mention I've been here for two hours waiting patiently look don't order from her it's not worth it

Customer service was never a strong suit. Assertive, bordering on rude, on the phone and on the counter. But pizza and wings were worth it. Not the case now as they don't know the difference between cooked well and over cooked. Brought the pizza back (in the rain) and they did not see the pizza as cooked badly. They offered to recook it but I was no longer interested in their pizza or to wait the 30 minutes. Nice they offered but prefer they get it right the first time or at least recognize jt as overdone. Several of our friends have changed pizza places and I think we will be joining them. Sorry to see the place go down hill. Was really a good place before.

I called to speak with the owner, and the young female answered. She did not get him or her. The food quality today was horrible. And my coworker got sick . I will keep calling until I get the manger or owner.

Due to covid 19 ,came across this pizza place in my neighborhood.Food was great and hot,with reasonable price and fast delivery.Definitely recommend this place

BEWARE: I'm not one to write reviews, but felt this was necessary. I've been ordering from Vito's for several years, with only one other complaint (which was not resolved amicably or with respect for the customer). However, I returned to order again. I ordered a large Vito's Special Pizza.When my order arrived, the pizza was barely warm and the crust was soggy. I telephoned my complaint and was told the driver had left their facility four minutes ago and it should have been hot when it arrived to my home. She said if the pizza's crust was soggy it's because I ordered too many toppings. The pizza I ordered was from their menu, with no deviations. When has a restaurant placed the blame on the customer for ordering something from their menu? I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was the manager. The manager who was speaking in a very condescending tone, saying the customer, in essence, was lying. Needless to say, I did not feel like a valued customer. The "manager" offered to credit me the $3.00 delivery fee, saying "that's all I can do for you" (implying I was only looking for compensation and not a resolution and/or apology). Not once did she offer the slightest apology for my order not meeting my expectations. Not once did she appear empathetic to this disappointed customer. l will NEVER order from Vito's again and will tell my friends to STAY AWAY.

I ordered my food waiting on it just to have it canceled an hour later because I'm being told that the stores now closing horrible horrible horrible
