I gotta say. As a native New Yorker I shutter when I think of any eating / drinking establishment inside a major transit hub. Vinny's proved me wrong in the best way possible A.) their cocktails are good!! Seriously, had an amazing Cosmo hereB.) if you are a Chicago tourist like me, I got some GREAT recommendations here. I now know where to order the dankest (hyperlocal) pizza in the city!!

A great place! IF you have nowhere else to go. I feel bad for those off to catch a train. The longest wait for a slice of pizza. It's like the kitchen is not even trying. Good bartender if you are only looking for a drink!

I've driven by Vinny's Pizza Bar many times and I always wanted to visit. Me and my friend were going to go to Slightly Toasted, but we found out it was closed so we stumbled into Vinny's Pizza Bar. Ambiance was very cool as it had a very retro vibe! Pretty sure that they had a Golden Tee in the corner and it had a pretty big bar so Vinny's would be a good spot for Happy Hour after work. We ordered some beers and a pepperoni pizza since I had to rank it. The pizza was better than expected. The crust was chewy with a decent amount of flop. Cheese was solid and oily. I believe they put olive oil on the pie as well. I thought the sauce was a little watery and just ok. The pepperoni was pretty good and I think they put some basil on the pie. Crust: 7, Cheese: 7, Sauce: 5, Toppings: 7, Overall: 6.5. I enjoyed the pie and the price was decent. Overall, I thought Vinny's Pizza Bar had a very cool atmosphere with solid pizza. This would be a great place to grab some drinks and a bite to eat after work or before catching your train!

My new favorite after work spot. The staff is friendly, the beer selection is good (light on the number of draft choices but all very solid selections for a variety of tastes), and the place smells like the delicious pizzas they make.Has more of a neighborhood bar feel (which I prefer) with red vinyl stools, a wooden bar top, great music and there are 7 TVs to catch any game you want.

A+ all around... pizza was very good and fairly priced. Bartender was welcoming and atmosphere was perfect for a week night spot.

I should have walked maybe that would have got some attention. We have 50 associates staying 2 blocks away every week and this could have been my recommendation

Really clutch spot in Ogilvie with great food, drinks, and staff! Mark, George, and April are super cool. My coworkers often drop in and are always so welcomed. The Forager pizza is seriously to die for. The music is great. Good vibes. My only complaint is that Vinny's has stopped me from exploring other bars!!

This place is a fantastic Chicago Pizza joint. Great cocktails, great beer and wine selection. Pizza is crispy and chewy and the types are amazing. The staff made me laugh and smile so much it almost made my face ache. Like I said, great place.

Came here for lunch with some coworkers today. I have had public school cafeteria food better than this place The food came out looking and tasting so unappetizing. For a place that has pizza in the name, you'd think that would be their holy grail best dish, but this was not the case. My cheese pizza looked like a giant bagel bite, but not nearly as delicious. In fact, the crust had the faintest taste of hand sanitizer (??). My boss ordered the chop salad with salmon on top for an extra $6; the salmon filet was the size of an AirPods case and she said had a funky taste (red flag!!). Our server was not very kind and the ambiance did not make up for the poor service and food. PASS!

Both times I've been here the service has been bad. And it's one thing to get bad service, but it's an entirely different thing when they discretely add an automatic 22% tip on the check. Don't let yourself get tricked into giving a rude waitress a 40% tip.
