This is one of the best bahn mis that I've had in Denver! Coming by after shopping at great mall market and relaxing in here for some fresh bahn mis is always a good move. I've had their iced coffee before and it's really yummy too. Make sure to grab the extra sauces and jalapeños at the self serve station on the side! Sandwiches always come out very fast and they're quick to help you with anything you need. I really enjoy this restaurant!

Two words: Banh Mi.If I'm craving a Banh Mi in Denver, this is one of two places I'm going to. Consistent, delicious, and fresh every time.Vinh Xuong Bakery has a bit of cult following if you ask me. It's a place that caters to the Vietnamese population, yet has expanded its reach throughout the Denver area. The shop is larger than you'd expect, and even though Banh Mi is one of my favorite foods to shovel down in my car, I'll usually dine in since the atmosphere is homey and quaint. Now they also serve pastries, moon cake, fresh breads, teas and Vietnamese iced coffee (delish). I usually stray away from the pastries, but one of these days I'll step outside of my comfort zone and try some things I've never tried before!Combination Banh Mi // Chinese BBQ pork, Vietnamese ham, and pork headcheese w/ a pate spread. YUM. YUM. YUM. Crispy bread, salty meats, fresh herbs and vegetables. Personally, my pro tip for taking it from 10 to 11 is by adding chili oil and pickled jalapeños. I like it spicy and these balance the sandwich exquisitely.I love Vinh Xuong Bakery. I implore you to add a Banh Mi from here to your Denver foodie bucket list!

If you haven't been to this place, you're definitely missing out!Every time I fly in to visit, this is the first place we have to hit up! The bread is so fresh because it's baked here, but the meat is amazing. Such good flavor, good quality, and does not disappoint! My son tried the spring rolls and said it's the best ones he's ever had.( he's not a food connoisseur, but I do trust his judgment!) The owner was working the front and register and was so efficient, friendly, and made great recommendations! The service was super fast as we only waited a few minutes and the food came out fresh and tasted so good! We also got sesame seed rolls filled with yumminess with the white bean paste and for the price I wanted to buy them all out! They were large, and definitely fresh! The ambience is very clean and reminds me of a clean and chic vibe with live plants to give you a good feel of just chillin and enjoying your food! It was poppin in there and every customer seemed like a regular because the owner really took her time but was so efficient and friendly! They shouldn't be a hard sell, but let me tell you, this place is amazing! It was recommended by the owner to come back on the weekends as they have their specialty peking duck was featured on the Food Network! I'm not sure how many times I can visit as I'm only here for one week, but I'll definitely say it will be more than once!Oh yeah, and their iced coffee is amazing! Opt for the large because you'll enjoy it too fast and be done before you know it.

Amazing banh mi sandwiches!! The pork belly is delicious - simple and satisfying, with daikon, cucumber, cilantro, mayo and soy sauce, and the tastiest bread! We packed our banh-mi to eat at Red Rock amphitheater, and it was the perfect post-walk lunch. Sesame ball and Vietnamese iced coffee is a MUST TOO!! Don't skip on their pastries!

Delicious, seriously delicious! When We are on this side of town we usually have dimsum but we ventured out of our regularly scheduled program and stopped in for bahn mi instead. I am not at all disappointed with this decision. Lots of incredible sandwich options and other tasty Vietnamese baked/fried treats to unlock your inner foodie. And the condiment station was on point. And the service was phenomenal, Jim was so personable and gave some great suggestions. Oh and also you can buy just baguettes for $1. Did I forget to mention the iced coffee? On point! I cannot say enough great things about this place, I highly recommend stopping in!

Really good banh mi. Best banh mi I've had is in Houston and Cali, Vinh Xuong was comparable. Gold standard for banh mi is the grilled pork banh mi. It starts with the bread. The bread had a nice crunchy exterior with a chewey interior. The grilled pork had great flavor, sweet with a bit of savory. The pickled vegetables added a nice crunch and sweetness with a tang. Lastly the cilantro added a freshness with a crunch and then the slight kick of the jalapeño. Altogether it is the perfect bite as it's crunchy, chewey, sweet, lol savory, tangy and a little heat. Also tried the sesame balls which were great. Had a nice fried from outside with chewey mochi like outer shell. I did not ask and assumed it had red bean but it was more of a sweet type paste. These were quite huge and tasty. Line to order went quite fast as the workers were very efficient.

Ahh- I made a mistake in coming just for coffee. I had no room for a bahn mi it, was so excited to see two veg options and will be back when I am shopping across the parking lot at Great Wall for sure. Watching them come out and cut in half and couldn't believe the size and they all looked so well crafted. I did opt for a moon cake and almond cookie to go with the Vietnamese coffee. Excellent all around! Very nice, bright and roomy shop with easy in and out access, fast and friendly service. Nice spot to have in the area and there was a nice size group of patrons sitting and in line during my entire visit ~ the ratings speak for themselves when you see that on a mid Sunday morning!

After a trip to Costco Business Center and craving some Vietnamese coffee, this is the place to quench your thirst.Greeted by a nice gentleman who took my order and it was ready a few minutes later. I also ended up getting Lychee Mousse Cake, which complimented my coffee real well. They also have different types of cakes, drinks, and desserts. Also has a few tables if you would like to spend time here. It's definitely worth the repeat visit.

Fastest service! Who said you can't have it fast and good?! Here, you can. Very cozy vibe tasty sandwiches and friendly service. Located in what appears to be a small Chinatown lot, there is a hot pot restaurant, Asian food mart and much more! Do yourself a favor and support the business. Your tummy will thank you

Relaxing and spacious seating area, chill vibes and helpful staff/owner. We had the iced Vietnamese coffee, which has a rich roast flavor balanced by sweet cream. A side note, there's no hot coffee options here. From the bakery section we got a cinnamon apple turnover and a pork egg roll. The apple turnover was flaky, sweet and gooey inside - delicious. The pork was dense in the egg roll but it worked, we liked it. We'll be back to try the banh mi asap.
