We had high hopes for this place, but a few things came up short. Location/Parking: there is plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out of. The location is easy to find with a nice sign out front and not too far from Pottstown/422 Food: appetizers came out as expected and really good. We ordered clams casino and bruschetta, which was done perfectly. The entrees were ok - my wife got the chicken pasta dish and it was good until she bit down on a bone or something in it. My entree came out as expected and was pretty good. Overall the food was good, but the bone really had us double checking. Service: The service was just ok - the waitress had literally zero customer service skills, like instead of greeting us just said the what the specials were and would walk by asking "you good!?" - overall she did her job, but seemed to lack the softer skills. The food came out really quick, which seemed to be already prepared. Not a negative, but just an observation. Pricing is very reasonable and portions are sizable, be prepared to take some home. The restaurant seemed to have the old Italian family feel, which was definitely welcoming and we are likely to try this place again. Maybe just a bad night.

We took a chance on this restaurant tonight, and it did not disappoint. We were headed to King of Prussia and I always pass this place, so I decided to turn in to the always-full lot. From start to finish, everything was on point. Our server, Shay, was attentive without being awkward or overbearing. My son never had to ask for a refill, she was personable with my daughter, and overall made my family feel at home. The restaurant itself has a lovely, upscale yet comforting decor. We kept waiting for something to complain about, since we dine out frequently and there's always something that could be done better. Sorry, this is not that review. The food was innovative and flavorful, and the meal was well-paced. Great job, Vincenzo's! We will be back soon.

My son and I ate here for the first time today. Shay was our server and she was great! The food I ordered wasn't what I had asked for or expected and Shay was to the rescue she took it back to the kitchen came back let me know it couldnt be prepared the way I had wanted offered a menu up quickly for another choice and I got the seafood arancini....they were AMAZING!! I will recommend to all to try this place and I will def be returning!! Thank you Shay for a great first experience!!! The hostess also was very friendly the restaurant itself was beautiful and very inviting!!

Always great food. We take all of our out of town guests here. Love the sit down menu and ambience of the place. A bit more money than basic Italian but the portion sizes are amazing.

Food = eggplant parm was more like bread crumb parm. Looked really nice when served, however upon further inspection the eggplant was so thin you could almost see through it. Service = great!Ambiance = great! Sent 2 reviews to restaurant with NO response. Very disappointing!!!

We have been here several times for lunch and enjoyed the lunch each time. The food was good and the wine pours were good. We went last night for dinner and were disappointed. The service was good, the drinks were not. The wine pours were mediocre at best and the Scotch that I ordered was a major disappointment. The glass was filled with ice and only had an ounce or two of the Johnny Walker Black Label Scotch. I will not be back for dinner. The dinners were mediocre, my wife's pasta was very much overcooked and was mushy. My dinner was OK but the portion was much more than I could eat. More Drink.....Less Food , would be a good motto for them.

Seated right away Service was spectacular- young kids who were attentive and very professional even the bus boys were super. Noe the center cocktails were great - I had a cherry cosmo and my husband had a negroni-fabulous!Calamari delicious-bread served hotI had butternut squash pappardelleMy husband had chicken piccata Pistachio gelato to die for. This place was wonderful- will definitely be back.
