So right after being dismissed at high school, my friends and I had planned on eating here together to enjoy lunch, and it did not disappoint. We asked to be seating outside, and it was a perfect day to since it was eight of us in total. They were well staffed, and very attentive. The restaurant has plenty of seating outside, and cover for the sun. We decided to just get entrees, and everyone enjoyed their food. They did provide us with complimentary bread, which was warm and fresh. I got the ravioli di porcini (mushroom and chicken stuffed ravioli), which tasted phenomenal. And from what I remember, my friends ordered plates like the broccoli and zucchini soup, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, a margarita pizza, and spaghetti bolognese. The portions were a reasonable size as well. Overall and amazing experience that created new memories! :) Also shout out to our waitress Johanna. She was so nice by helping split the check and taking photos of us with a polaroid camera! Thank you!

I recently dined at Villagio restaurant and had an exceptional experience. The restaurant has a warm and inviting ambiance, with an open kitchen concept that allows patrons to see the chefs at work. The menu is quite extensive, offering a wide variety of options ranging from appetizers to salads, pasta dishes, pizza, fish, chicken, meats, and soups. One aspect that truly stood out during my visit was the attentive and knowledgeable staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and had a good understanding of the menu, making excellent recommendations. When it came to the food, I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the lamb shank cooked in a red wine sauce, served with vegetables, and it was a true delight. The lamb was incredibly tender, falling off the bone, and the flavors were exquisite. The perfectly paired vegetables added a nice complement to the dish.Overall, my experience at Villagio was top-notch. The combination of great ambiance, attentive service, and delicious food made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Villagio to anyone looking for a fantastic restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal.

Villagio will always have my favorite carpaccio dish! I love to come for lunch during the week and order a beef carpaccio with arugula & Parmesan & of course eat the delicious bread! The service is always fantastic & I take advantage of sitting outside as long as it's not too hot. This time I brought along my puppy! I have nothing but great things to say about Villagio & have been coming here for 10+ years!

Delicious Italian restaurant at Merrick Park in Coral Gables. They have great appetizers and a fantastic wine list. Love to come and have a great time together with the girls. The service is excellent. Wilmer, our server, was excellent. The ambiance is great. They have an excellent bar, too. We shared 4 dishes: Veal Parmigiano, pasta pink sauce, mixed salad, and pollo carbonari.

Wow. What a great place. Old school Italian restaurant and feels amazing. Charlie waited on us and he remembered us from last time we were there and he was extra attentive. We had a Caesar salad to start with a grilled salmon and sautéed spinach and veggies. Also had chicken Marsala with thin sliced taters and broccoli. Best Marsala sauce I ever had. Perfect flavors. We saw Fabrizio, the manager, on our way out. He has been a staple there for years. Keep up the good work Villagio's. We love you.

I didn't Yelp this restaurant before deciding to sit down for lunch. My wife and I just looked at the menu and decided to eat here. I'm surprised by the low star rating because our food and drinks were delicious. I got an Isla Bonita and my wife ordered a spicy margarita (not on the menu) but she loved it so much she ordered another. Jennifer was our server and she was exceptional, was polite, energetic, personable, she gave all around great service. We will definitely be back.

Sea Grill /Villagio in its current environment is a complete mish mosh of what Sea Grill has been, and then incorporated the menu of the now closed Villagio next door. In my mind it's a horrendous menu that could not be more disparate. For years we have thoroughly enjoyed the space and the food at Villagio. It had its own amazing environment that was fitting for the menu. The way things are now in the shared space of Sea Grill, it's almost an unappetizing combination of menus. If Villagio needed to close, it should have closed. Not share a space with a restaurant that has a completely different atmosphere and menu. The food also was not the same. When we were there, they were blasting late 90's trance music. I felt like I was back at Warsaw or Salvation trying to eat lunch. It was inappropriate for the environment. Unfortunately, we will not be back to the new reincarnated Villagio in Coral Gables.
