Victory Brewing Company Philadelphia

We spent a weekend in Philly, and I guess that we saved the best outing for last. We stopped by Victory Brewing to have a few beers on a balmy Sunday afternoon before departing the City of Brotherly Love. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience. First, Victory Brewing has an AMAZING array of various beers, ales, stoutes, lagers, cocktails, etc. I got the party started by ordering a 5-beer flight for about $20 as a mechanism to get my feet wet. Getting this flight made my life "harder" because I enjoyed ALL five beers. So, it made my life "harder" because it was hard to decide on which beer to go with for the rest of my visit. Note, having a large selection of delicious beers is NOT a bad problem to have. If I were to grade Victory Brewing on its service, I would give them an A+. All of the bartenders that assisted us were very cheerful, helpful, and engaging. In addition to providing beer recommendations, one bartender (a self-proclaimed doughnut connoisseur) gave us an excellent recommendation for a doughnut shop. Although the brewing company is in the middle of the city, it venue/space was way larger than I had anticipated. I was quite surprised to learn that the brewing company had two additional levels to the lower level bar/meeting area. Because of the size alone, Victory Brewing (IMO) is a great place to meet up with a medium or large group of friends. Also, Victory seems to be very kid and pet friendly. While we spent only a couple of hours at Victory Brewing, I hope to make this spot one of my go-tos for my future Philly visits.

I've been by Victory a few times with friends and family and have enjoyed stopping in for drinks and food while catching up.I've had their bowls twice which are great ways to have veggies and rice and proteins - something you normally wouldn't get at a brewery for food options either. I've enjoyed the crispy cauliflower appetizer as well. The shrimp are great but only come fried, so I don't get them every time. The servers are friendly and check in often for beer options or drinks for groups of small and big sizes that I've seen. I haven't had anything but awesome service here and there's always been plenty of space for groups of all sizes inside with a casual setting. Their beer selection is huge and has something for everyone!

First time here. Went in right after the lunch hour. We got seating right away. It was nice that we were able to bring our dog and sit outside on the patio. The interiors are very well designed and offers a variety of spots to sit at including a nice bar area.The food selection was good. Plenty of choices to offer and a little of everything for everyone in our group.Friendly service from the moment we walked in. Our waitress even brought out a cup of water for our dog which was super sweet of her to do.I ordered the fish tacos and they were amazingly flavorful. 3 tacos and a jalapeño slaw was a plentiful amount of food.My kids ordered the bowls were also delicious and filling. The portion was big and we had to pack the rest.Beer selection was awesome. We were there on a Mondays and a selection of beers were only $5!

We came to have some pre-concert libations. Upon entry, the hostess greeted us with such a welcoming and informative details about the brewery. We opted to go to the top floor to sit at the bar area. Unfortunately the bar tender up there was less than friendly or welcoming. Maybe he was overwhelmed? Either way standing at the end of the bar for 15 min ignored left a sour note We ended up going to the outdoor bar grabbing a citrus brew and leaving.

Was on my way home and wanted to stop by and watch the game and get a few drinks. On Sunday they had half off apps and $10 cocktails. I got the crispy cauliflower, which was ok. I also got the fried pickles which I loved. The cocktail I got was really good and really well made. The bartenders were nice. Plenty of screens for all the games.

Good beer selection and some faves! Even a happy hour special. They have a rooftop, some of which gets partitioned off for reserved parties. Inside are two levels of bar and table seating, and screens playing sports. Simple bar food menu, was good. I had a pretzel which was sugar bread, which I happen to like. The cheese sauce was not my fave but the mustard was legit. The fried and burger were good. No plant based option. Overall a good find.

Great place to watch sports. We visited Victory Brewing Company during the Eagles game on a Sunday afternoon and the bar was a bit less than half full. There are televisions surrounding the bar as well as a few other televisions on the sides. The beer selection is excellent with options for any beer drinker and even a few ciders on tap as well. I was pleased with my experience at Victory Brewing Company and would recommend them for sports fans in Philly.

Nice spot, decent food, good variety. Bad taste in my mouth. Trying to hang at the bar which I'm not allowed to do, but the bartenders cousins can pull up a stool? I have a broken foot hobbling over to the bar but the pretty girls get to sit only. Not a warm and fuzzy experience.

This brewery is serving some outstanding beer and some pretty amazing food, I was very surprised by the options, presentation, and quality. You will not be disappointed.There are three different areas, downstairs, upstairs, and outdoor space and you can order beer or food in each section. I sat outside because it was such a beautiful day. I enjoyed a beer flight for $13.75. Motel Paloma and Summer Love were my favorites and beers I could drink all summer long. I had the island tacos with fries $14. I was dining during lunch time and assumed a lunch portion would have two tacos, to my surprise I was served 3 regular size tacos loaded with toppings including cotija cheese. The fish was fried to perfection and so tasty. The beer and tacos was very filling, I ended up just eating the fish from the last taco. This is definitely a meal you could share with someone if it is during lunch. Service was also 5 stars.

We had the absolute best time here last night!! Beautiful rooftop patio, we were SO well taken care of by the bartenders, especially Emily. We were celebrating our friend who just had a baby and our other friend whose son was turning 1 the next day. Emily knew exactly what these hard-working mamas needed. At the end of the night she even came by to give us (even the non-mamas!) little gifts. This might be our new favorite spot in the city. THANK YOU, EMILY and VICTORY BREWING COMPANY!!!
