Vic's sushi Havertown

Ambiance: Great location and nice ambience. This isn't really a place for dine in. We ordered our food for take out and the food was ready and waiting for us when we arrived.Service: Great service, we called to place our order as opposed to Uber eats to avoid the insane up charge and the service was good!Food: Had order the party tray with a few other dishes and the party tray with 60 was really good and had good variety. The chicken teriyaki was a bit soupy and needed a bit more seasoning. But all in all the sushi was pretty good.

Cute little spot with really good sushi. I don't like places that bill up the rolls with rice and things and the fish isn't fresh or tasty. You won't have to worry about that here. I got the 3 roll special and the Tara special which is a deep fried roll. I also added seaweed salad and miso soup. I walked in and order was done fairly quick. The rolls were very tasty and fresh. I really like the deep fried roll as well. I got the spicy tuna, which is always a good gauge for me. It was very good and next time I'll ask for a bit more spice. The eel abs avocado and the yellowtail were also very good. I'll have to try their other special rolls. Definitely recommend! This for sure will be my go to sushi spot!

So happy Vic's is now part of my H-town foodie list. Great tasting sushi as a whole is hit or miss in -H-town. No we don't have the craft and authenticity of Nobu or Morimotos but those places are special treats. Like everything you eat - everyone had their own tastes. The three roll special seems to be on many menus - Vic's rolls are my fave! not too big and not too small- the filling in each roll is generous with just enough rice for each bite. The fish tastes fresh and the veggies crunch- avocado ripened. 24 rolls for $14.95 What a bargain! Shumai - 10 pieces - most likely frozen but great deal for a shareable appetizer Easy to order online and was ready on time!

We had previously always gone to Vic's in Rosemont... (ie Near Villanova).This location in Havertown is fantastic. They are reasonably priced, but the food is always fresh and super good. I highly recommend the three roll deal :-)Their menu is expanding as well. Outside of traditional sushi, they have other entrées as well. I was shocked at how good some of the food was. I would highly recommend them.

Decided to try this place out one night for dinner. I called and ordered and went in to pick it up. They mostly are just sushi here, but also have random things like fried rice and spring rolls. They have a good three roll special for the more basic rolls. I ordered the talia's favorite roll. It had tuna and avocado and was delicious. The sushi tasted fresh. The price was reasonable. I don't know a ton about sushi but I enjoyed it and would definitely order from here again.

Vic's recently opened an outpost in Havertown in a centralized strip of storefronts on Darby Rd. There is street parking and a little tip....there is a Orthodontist on the corner where you can easily park for dinner pick up after 5 pm. Super fresh this is instantly a top spot in town. The Tom Yam veggie soup is a bowl of spicy, explosively good flavors. I went the 3 rolls deal and did all tuna and salmon. Spicy, fresh, fulfilling.......Try this place!!

I have been searching for a good sushi place with a variety of options. I am very particular about my spicy kani roll and the addition of cucumber to this was a nice refreshing crunch! I love their rolls and will definitely be ordering again!

Best sushi in the area. Service was prompt. My friend and I came on a Sunday afternoon when it wasn't too busy. It's very cozy inside.

3.5 stars rounded up. Pretty decent sushi, lots of eel rolls and their 3 rolls for $15 is hard to beat. You don't get much food for $15 tho, and it isn't as good as Masami, OSushi, Kawa and a few others nearby. Overall worth a stop but not my fave in the area.Definitely order it to go. They don't even bring water when you sit down.

The sushi was really fresh! We've only done take out as there are not that many tables. It typical takes a while for the order to be ready so prepare to wait a little. The staff is all very friendly and courteous. The inside is nice and bright but a little small.
