Vick's Texas Barbecue

We ordered the brisket, sausage, potato salad and beans. All very delicious and very flavorful. My husband isn't usually a huge fan of brisket but he said this one was super tender and full of flavor. The food also got a thumbs up from our 2 year old, which is hard nowadays! Highly recommend checking them out!

They have amazing customer service, we tried their brisket, ribs, potato salad, mac & cheese and their chopped beef sandwich!!! Everything was amazing they ribs really of falling off the bone. They are chunky and super juicy, I completely recommend them and I'm absolutely coming back!!

Went here because my husband had a craving for ribs. So, so glad we did! He had a half rack of pork ribs and they were delicious!! I know this because he insisted I take a bite to try them (a good sign!) even though I was busy devouring a brisket sandwich! It was so (bad word alert!) moist and flavorful!! I finished the whole thing! In addition to the great food we really enjoyed our brief visit with the owner Mr. Vicks. What a nice man! He had to take an early retirement due to co-vid and I'm so glad he chose to buy a food truck! On top of all that I already mentioned, the value was terrific! We will be back many, many times!!

Hands down the best BBQ we have had in the Woodlands. It's a little food truck across the ExxonMobil but man is it good! We've had Killens, HEB, Texas True BBQ, etc. And this blows all the competitiors away. Just had a 1.5lbs of brisket and 0.5lbs of sausage and I still want more!!! Delicious!

We have been coming here since Fall 2021 when we stumbled on it. Food is great-all of it! We have tried everything. Fresh and delicious. Fixins are good. Service is great. And it feels good to support a small business. Just wish you could order ahead. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed!

OMG. Now this is some good ole Texas BBQ. The pork rib here is so tender, it is literally falling off the bone. Brisket and sausage will also not disappoint. The potato salad was a nice side - can definitely tell it's homemade. Now the downside to this food truck is - he travels. So I highly recommend checking their Facebook page so you are traveling to the correct location. Service here is great; they provide a buzzer so you aren't sitting in the sun waiting for your meal. (Be mindful, this is a food truck, so there is no real seating or ambiance, but there's a bunch of flavor!)

This place is so good out in 1488. Keep a keen eye as easy to drive by if not paying attention to GPS. BEST barbecue north of Houston!SERVICE IS AMAZING, AMBIANCE IS STELLAR, and will be returning.

Good ole' boy with great ribs that are perfectly seasoned and fall off the bone tender. One of my favorites in the area.

The brisket and Turkey are amazing. I look for awesome bbq and this is some of the best I've had. I drive 20 min here on my lunch hour just to get some great food and now I have told my co-worker who lives 5 minutes away about this great food truck. It is in the VFW parking lot FYI.

Delicious brisket, chicken, pulled pork... Excellent, friendly customer service. Plenty of parking and tables. Can't wait to go back!
