My bro had clams and linguine and loved it. Shrimp were perfect with crunchy bread and spectacular sauce. I love something you cannot even come close to at home. Will go back for good food, nice atmosphere and reasonable prices.

This is a wonderful spot in the heart of Jenkintown. It's small, cozy, and serves really delicious food. This was my first time and it didn't disappoint. This place is a well known goto for locals so make sure you have a reservation. It's also BYOB which I always like. We started with the beet salad, Caesar salad and escargot. The beets were perfectly cooked and served with a vinaigrette over greens and fresh ricotta. The Caesar was cold, crisp and fresh with flavorful croutons. The escargot was a delightful surprise as they were paired with mushrooms and garlic butter sauce. They were tender and the sauce was heaven with the bread. Our main dishes were the pappardelle pasta over short rib and the seafood risotto. Both were very good and ample servings. The seafood was fresh and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. The servers were very helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our experience and we will certainly be back.

Came here this evening with my husband for a celebration dinner. Quaint Italian restaurant nestled in the heart of Jenkintown. BYOB. We were served by the owner of the restaurant. He developed the menu himself. Everything we tried was very good and presentation was beautiful. Portion sizes were relatively small. The bread could've been better because it was seriously lacking in flavor. It was just plain white sandwich bread. It would've been nice if they served Parmesan cheese with the pasta. This place really put it's energy into bringing out the flavors by carefully selecting each ingredient to ensure it blends well. We bought a gift card here to give to our friends, because we thought the main course was decent and the atmosphere was nice.

Was referred by the cashier at ACME. It's a new restaurant with very good food and great price points. We were seated right away without a reservation. The staff and service was above and beyond my expectations. The daily specials were excellent. Ordered the pesto past and seafood special. It was a 10 out of 10. The appetizers of calamari and mussels were good. The mussels came with hot peppers. The desserts were good. We got the cheesecake special which was good. It's a BYOB. The restaurant is small but enjoyable. The after dinner coffee was good. I can't wait to go back. It will be on rotation for good Italian food.

This place is a hidden gem. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted warmly by your waiter, you know this is some place special. Our waiter was so friendly and nice, answered all our questions and made us feel at home. The food was so amazing, fresh and beautifully prepared. I highly recommend

Comfortable, but slightly upscale and contemporary. It's small, so it's a little close. Recommend a reservation and be prepared, it's pretty noisy.The food was delicious! Chicken Picatta was tender and flavorful, not swimming in sauce, served over cappellini - which I loved! Not as thin as angel hair, but a little thinner than spaghettini.Dining companions had the salmon and ziti. All were pleased.The Caesar salad was delicious. The caprese was ok - hot house tomatoes were nothing to write home about. I normally love calamari, but these perfect rings were clearly from frozen, but I've had worse, and came with hot cherry peppers. Yikes! I ate a big pepper ring before I realized.The desserts were delightful, but I would've preferred at least some fresh berries served over the Panna Cotta.All in all a nice dinner spot.

I wanted to take my grandmother to a nice restaurant while visiting Jenkintown--she doesn't get to eat at nice restaurants much since she lives alone and doesn't drive. I saw nice reviews of Via 417 and we walked in. I got the sense immediately that it was a slightly younger (20s-50s), hip crowd, but the staff didn't bat an eye. They made great accommodations for us, and it was the high quality and hip dining experience she got to have. The staff are friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices are the best you could imagine for a nice Italian meal. Thanks folks for a wonderful meal!

Sweet Italian Resturant, lovey staff, food good. I hope they add seasonal foods to the menu.

Small BYOB in Jenkintown. A little tight and can be a bit noisy. Food is very good and wait staff is very nice.

Food was delicious (burrata, cherries and arugula salad, fried gnocchi for appetizers, veal saltibocca and mushroom pappardelle with short ribs for dinners and crème brûlée and cannoli for desserts). Waitstaff was friendly and attentive but not overbearing and atmosphere was casual. Definitely going back.
