Loved this local coffee shop. The staff were super friendly with quick service especially during the busy mornings. The shop had a couple tables and a printer that could be used. Not super big but big enough to accommodate a good amount of people. I tried one of their weekly special lattes and it was delicious. The almond croissant was flaky and made a good pairing to the drink. Great prices and great service!

Verbena has been on my list for years. I was running an errand nearby and stumbled on it! Easily one of the best coffee spots in Houston. As in, the coffee is high quality with global roasts featured daily. I had an iced latte with salted caramel and it was...wow. The other syrups claim to be house made. Mine, the caramel wasn't made in house but wowza it was good. The person with me got a cortado and raved over it. Plenty of seating for studying/working with outlets, also a couch area, tables and games. My latte was $4.90 before tax...amazing...

Not sure what else to say but this was absolutely the best coffee ive had in my life. Beautiful latte art and excellent polite service.

This is an incredibly aesthetic coffee shop with a beautiful interior! It's a small space with about 20 seats but it wasn't too crowded on a Monday afternoon. It makes for a good workspace. Coffee prices are extremely reasonable and great value for the quality of the drinks! We tried a vanilla frappe and latte with honey cinnamon flavor - both were super solid. I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area.There's also a small collection of board games and books should you need entertainment. Note, they are cashless and only take card!

You know those days when you wake up and have to go to work but you never actually REALLY wake up?? That was my Tuesday. And I'm so glad I listened to my gen Z instincts & did not show up to the office but posted up to work at this cutie coffee spot instead. I actually happened upon Verbena coffee by accident because I was dropping off a package at UPS next door. And wow what a wonderful world I had the vanilla cinnamon oat milk latte and my friend got the strawberry matcha The coffee was PHENOMENAL and I also got the pumpkin chocolate chip muffin (the phone did not eat first sorry bestiesssss hehe) The girlies at the counter were so kind and helped me choose a drink because I was being indecisive & lastly (as u can see in my) the vibe was SOOO COZY for a rainy dayHighly recommend

Verbena has been on my list of coffee shops to try for awhile. Happy I was able to experience it with three of my friends. It had been a minute since we all gathered- maybe a year?! Wow. I ordered hot chocolate, nothing special. Hot and delicious. Verbena has aesthetically pleasing interior and is decorated nicely. I'd say it has a minimalist touch. The service was great and she was very busy up front by herself. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there were so many people. I didn't know the place was this small, but it works. I love the couch and the high top chairs/bars. I'll definitely return if I'm in the area. Favorite things spotted were the books (duh) and the printer, great service very accessible.

Okay... this place is awesome! I got off work and had to run a few errands in this area and came across Verbena. I love my coffee creamy, strong and a bit sweet and wow. They exceeded my expectations!! I got the iced caramel latte, and my sis got the iced vanilla latte. Delicious! It hit the spot. My sis also got the almond croissant and raved about how delicious it was. The interior was adorable and so cozy and quiet. I definitely would recommend coming here to get some work done, or just sitting and enjoying your cup of coffee. They had couches, and plenty of tables with outlets for people to get their work done. I really enjoyed coming here and will be returning for sure. Service was also great. The barista was very warm and welcoming. I can't wait to come back.

Super cute coffee shop with cute decor. A great place to study or have a coffee date. Ordered an iced PB&J latte and an iced peppermint matcha latte off the limited time spring menu (not shown). Both were super delicious.They do have danishes and other snacks if you're looking for a quick bite. (also not shown)Really love that they have a leave one, take one book cart. It's adult and child friendly. Can't wait to come back to try different drinks and look at the book cart.
