This has been yet again another pleasant visit to the smoke shop. My favorite smoke shop. Every time we come Conner or Dylan are so happy and helpful with information. I appreciate smoke shops hiring people like them. I will continue to refer my friends here! And thanks for the military discount!!!

Lost my job because the vape additives these people sell have K2 in them. If you value your health, or job. Please stay away.

I had a not so good experience here the other night, but after cooling off, I know I shouldn't judge this location from one bad experience.The guy that was there today was cool and helpful, nothing like the guy from the night before. Here's to hoping hes there everytime I stop by from now on.

Definitely one of the best shops in the area - the fact that it's open 24/7 is amazing. The selection of products is great, the prices are better than what I have found at other places and I have NEVER had a problem with a vape I bought there. Great customer service as well AND they have a points reward plan which, if you are a frequent flyer like me, is super helpful.ISSAGO!!!!

Came in to buy a disposable, but jaymz told me about some of their mods and I was absolutely sold! Great customer service and a huge array of choice. Love the Missouri city location!!!

This is one of the best spots in the area for vape/smoke needs! They've really upgraded the variety of stuff they carry over the past year and a half. The customer service is almost always outstanding. Kevin is a stand out employee at this location. He knows what he's talking about and won't lead you in the wrong direction just to make a sale. His customer service is the reason I'll be coming back instead going to one of the shops closer to my house.

Insanely overpriced. They charge $14.99 for a puff bar when they're normally $10.99. Also pretty sure the puff bars are either a knock-off brand or have been sitting in their store for months. Box and device were different colors than usual, flavor was horrible and burned my throat.

Do NOT go to this vape store. If I could give zero stars I certainly would. I have purchased many items here as long as I have lived in Missouri city, I am a regular customer here and the customer service I experienced today from one of the employees was absolutely ridiculous and the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered with someone. I purchased a disposable pen which I am well aware that sometimes they work sometimes they don't, sometimes they will have a harsh taste after one day sometimes they'll work the entire way through. I called the store to inform them the disposable esco bar I bought was no longer working after one day and I know that their policy is before 24 hours if it stops working to inform them and you can exchange it. The employee who refused to give her name was extremely rude on the phone, gave me multiple different fake names and numbers when asking for a manager, wouldn't let me get a single word in to speak and continued to give me attitude when I simply was trying to ask about the policy. So once she continued to yell over me and purposely try not to let me speak, I live in Sienna which is not far from the store I told her I'd come in so she could write down the managers name whom I needed to speak with because I was no longer willing to deal with her poor work ethic. Upon my arrival to the store, she was laughing in my face and still gave me a fake number and name claiming it's her district manager Sarina, and that she had spoken with her already right before I arrived and that her DISTRICT MANAGER without even speaking to the customer told her to tell me that I'm now banned from the store and never allowed back, when I am a repeat customer, have never caused any problems at the store I've called the number I was given multiple times sent multiple text and haven't heard anything back from anyone. SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM HERE!
