This store is very over priced. They tried to charge me over $30 on the juice that is normally $20 and then got upset that I didn't want to buy it after I found out the price.

I have been a regular costumer of Vape City since I moved here about a year ago. I went last Friday after I got off of work (about 2 am) and I was denied service because the employee said that he "didn't know how to read my ID" and "he refuses service and I must leave immediately". Mind you, I am a woman in my 30's and I handed him a government issued ID. It was very embarrassing and when I asked why he raised his voice and just demanded I leave. I have no idea what I did wrong or why I have been refused service but I will make sure that I do not return because I fear this man. I hope that in the future that your employees are trained to simply read a drivers license.

Very disappointed how the day district manager tried handling my battery pen issue. 3 weeks ago they helped me choose the pen and I was hesitant at first didn't really want to spend around $45 for the pen vs disposable and in the end they mentioned in store that if I had any issues with it to just bring the receipt to even exchange it. Well that's exactly what I did. Brought my pen for not charging and the manager within the store was able to get they're district manager on the phone and they sent pictures back and forth and was convinced that the battery was damaged and there was nothing that can be done. I'll leave the same pictures on here so yall can see but very TERRIBLE service. DO NOT waste your money or time here. I've only had the chance the charge it once on a low voltage outlet and even used the secondary charging usb but nothing. Be careful with defective products there because in the end the day district manager will go against his word despite having receipt in hand. Definly not only lost my business but my respect on his lack of trying to come to a solution. Very disappointed how business is done here.

Neither myself or the 4 customers could buy anything for 20 minutes because the employee was on the phone doing inventory.
