terrible customer service! The guy working was tired and not concerned about what I wanted. Was too busy with his phone and worrying about everything else. The owner of this place needs to consider hiring more respectful employees. Been going to this place for a while now too and I got a lot of people who come there as well! Not anymore!

Only reason I still use this business is cause I can hardly find the CBD oil sold here anywhere else local. I'm 9 months pregnant and CBD has helped tremendously with pain. Unfortunately it's not a cheap form of pain relief due to the fact that I've been shopping here for the past 4 months now end each bottle runs at about $100+ each time I re-up. Being a part of a rewards program like my favorite shop I happen to live by (high velocity 10/10) would be especially nice since I support vape city so regularly HOWEVER apparently you can't join the rewards if all you buy is CBD haha what a joke. Joke is on me I guess cause I'll still shop here since I can't find the oil anywhere else but yeah 2 stars solely cause of that.

I vape when I have certain migraines and when we received the "stay at home" edict for COVID-19, I found myself in a pinch. Imperial was open for curb-side and saved me! They have everything needed in stock and are so friendly and helpful. Thank you!
