IM A EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.Experiencing racial profiling at Vapecity was an unfortunate reality I encountered firsthand. As I patiently waited for my turn to exchange my vape due to a flavor preference, I witnessed the customer in front of me effortlessly complete the same transaction without any hesitation. However, when it came to my turn, I was met with resistance and denial, despite presenting the same valid reason for the exchange. The stark contrast in treatment based on nothing but the color of my skin left me feeling disheartened and unfairly targeted. This incident serves as a stark reminder of the pervasive nature of racial bias and the urgent need for companies like Vapecity to address and rectify such discriminatory practices.

Service was bad dude didn't wanna help he seemed kinda nervous around me so I left I didn't like the vibe & my own doesn't work

it's busy so you know they good! nice product... good customer service. Will go back.
