Valley Ranch Grill & Barbecue

You won't believe it! A single chopped beef sandwich is now 10.23 with tax! Valley Ranch has lost its way completely! No sauce on the sandwich and no pickles and onions!The drop in quality and the raised prices are both outrageous! I'm gave them another chance but I'm done.

This place reminds me of a hospital cafeteria. The food is horrible! The sauce taste like apple sauce and vinegar. The beef "wanna be brisket" is so dry they should call it beef jerky! The links taste store bought and the bbq baked beans taste like a mix of refried Mexican. beans and some kind of sweet Tomato sauce. I will never come here again... it was cheap food and a waste of calories and time... save yourself the trip and order a McRib from McDonald's. The peach cobbler was supposed to be my happy ending... I swear I saw him cut it out of a box of Marie Calendars and slide the plate into the microwave... ‍!!! Just don't do it!

I have to say I've been coming here for years and over the last year. I've been going through their takeout line and just picking up ribs or brisket and their ribs as well as brisket are some of the best I've ever had in the United States. Last night I picked up a rack of ribs that's going to last me for a few days along with some brisket. It's always nice when a meal puts a smile on your face and the ribs were perfection. I wish I had a picture, but they just did not last. The best.

Extremely mediocre. No wait staff so no customer service. Not worth your time or funds.

We came here because it was recommended by friends who grew up in the area. They had a nostalgic memory of eating there in childhood which I can understand. It's a cool spot with the train and boots everywhere and the waterfall with stuffed animals. I can see how it would be a place kids enjoyed visiting. But as someone with no attachment to the place, the food was not good. The turkey was fine. The French fries were good. Brisket tasted boiled and not smoked. Onion rings looked amazing but didn't taste like anything. Our friends who had recommended it left without eating most of their food because it "tasted weird." We won't be back.

I use the care out frequently and I have always been pleased. My favorites are the chopped brisket sandwiches, the ribs, barbecued baked potatoes, and all of the sides. The food is consistently good I have no complaints except like all restaurants, prices are rising. I will continue to be a regular customer.

At 11:15 lunch time the to go door was locked. So I went through drive thru with my order. Voice on the other side was rude and kept telling me to hold on. Never coming back!!! Customer service sucks at the place!!! Never again!

Bad management ***Horrible experience *** My Husband found this rubber band in his mouth after taking a bite out of this brisket baked potato. I immediately called valley ranch and asked for manager and was appalled by the response I received . "Well we put rubber bands around our boxes " (so your letting me know there is actually rubber bands around your food ) " so it could of fell in when you open box " so your saying my husband put that in his potato? First off none of our boxes were packed with rubber bands That evening . So no . All I received was "I'm sorry we put it around the boxes " of course after chowing down on that rubber band we did not proceed to finish the baked potato . Me being a regular customer I just expected more out of this response (can I replace your meal? )(Would you like your money back on the potato? ) but I revived nothing to that manner just got accused for putting it in the food. Certainly lost a customer after this experience . And the really sad thing is I'm a former restaurant manager and have been in the business for 15 years and I would never treat a customer that way .

Best barbecue! Ribs, brisket, yummy sausage, potato salad, bbq beans, & Onion Rings are fantastic

My family's favorite place to get chicken fajitas. They also have top notch onion rings, fries, bbq sauce. Can't go wrong with a baked potato either. We love Valley Ranch!
