I ordered the Sando and elote fries to go. The Sando was really good--chicken was crispy and the cole slaw was sweet which added flavor and coolness to the hot and spicy chicken. I like that you can customize the heat profile of your chicken, but I do wish the chicken was a patty rather than tenders. The elote fries were alright to me, a bit too cheesy for my taste. Will return for the sando!

Took longer than I had expected (over 30 minutes) but the wait was worth it. The food was delicious and we will be back to try other items on the menu. I really enjoyed the Buffalo Mac Fries and we tried tenders with different flavors.

If you're looking for spicy chicken that'll last past the restaurant trend of everything being "hot chicken," this is a place to put on your list. I got the tenders sando at Nashville Hot with sweet potato fries and had a great time. Plenty of seating, the space was generally clean (although our table was sticky when we sat down), and it was a packed night so I understand service can be a bit backed up.

Update: I went back and they forgot my friends ice cream despite us asking twice. They also gave us incorrect information about what comes with one of the dishes. The ended up giving us a full refund because the ice cream machine was down The food was still really good though!

I went to Urban Bird Hot Chicken and brought 12 others to enjoy the food there but even though the food was tasty, well seasoned and fresh the wait was so long by the time we got our food we had to leave immediately. It's a relatively nicer fast food chicken place that was not fat at all along with subpar service. The place was busy but customer service it still very important no matter how busy your establishment is.

MEH. Cookshack is Far Superior. Ridiculously unimpressed. Ordered simple Nashville hot chicken tender sandwich combo "for here"20+ mins later a bag Togo is dropped on my table. Sandwich is cold. Fries were great. Lemonade always solid. But wow. When Cookshack and others exist, I will not return to another Urban Bird. Came after 1 pm. Not a lunch rush. Just not great.

The "Sando" is tasty but extremely messy. I've had both mild and Nashville hot. My preference is mild.The street corn is good but messyThe fries were undercookedFor dine in there isn't enough seating at lunch. Bizarre use of space with 4 spots taken up by giant chicken carving, unused dead space, every table is for 4 but only 2 tables had more than 2 people, and employees taking a booth for their junk.

Urban Bird Hot Chicken completely blew me away! The chicken tender sandwich and chicken and waffles were beyond delicious, and that milkshake? The absolute best I've ever had! Not to mention, the restaurant was spotless, and the staff was incredibly nice. My experience was nothing short of amazing--I can't wait to go back for more!
