I ordered the Sando Combo, Nashville hot, with extra Bird sauce. The meail arrived quickly, and was still hot and fresh!If you like Nashville hot chicken, this is some of the best I've had!

My sister ordered through Door Dash. First her lemonade was missing which was very disappointing and the fries were cold. Both chicken sandwiches were good but I was expecting a bit more spice in the spicy sandwich. If you compare this to Popeyes this was better. I would like to try them again but in the restaurant.

Had food delivered and it was DELICIOUS. The Tennessee BBQ chicken was amazing and still crispy despite taking a while to be delivered. The crinkle cut fries were just as good with a hint of salty sweet. I look forward to trying the food in person at the restaurant.

Used the BOGO coupon I saw on Instagram and ordered through the website. The restaurant only gave one sandwich stating that only one sandwich order was placed and the manager refused to honor the free sando I wanted. This is obviously an issue with the website but I also am angry about how the workers dealt with my issue. Instead of figuring out what was going on, they purposely left me on hold for 20 minutes hoping I would give up. The second time I called they hung up on me immediately. And the third time I called the manager told me "only one sandwich order went through so we aren't going to give you the BOGO second sandwich". This restaurant is obviously a scam if they advertise a deal and then proceed to not honor it at all.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I typically give this location stellar reviews, but I canNOT review something I DID NOT RECEIVE! We ordered our food (3 of us), and another group of two. We sat there waiting for our buzzer to go off for what seemed like forever tonight. I looked at my watch, it said 7:57 pm. THEN I looked at my receipt and it said 7:27!!! 30 MINUTES!!!30 minutes for some chicken tenders?!!!Meanwhile, NO ONE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT CAME TO US AND SAID ANYTHING.We look behind the counter, standing around.Uber Eats, Door Dash, whatever the heck delivery service comes to pickup stuff ...Meanwhile, NO ONE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT CAME TO US AND SAID ANYTHINGAt the front of the counter, we see food coming out, but no one ever gets it. Where the heck was the food going?Meanwhile, NO ONE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT CAME TO US AND SAID ANYTHINGI brought my receipt up to the counter and their excuse: "we are waiting on fresh chicken"ITS A FRIGGIN' CHICKEN JOINT!!! No explanation, no apology, no courtesy, no attention. But they quickly gave us a refund when we asked for one. THAT, in itself, says something-no confidence in your business! No apology, no one tried to fix it-very unprofessional. You do not WANT business!Our total for our party: $54.98 + $39.39...you do the math. They lost money tonight and they could have cared less. Came on a Sunday at around 3pm and it was freezing outside and inside the restaurant. All of the workers had on hoodies with their hoods up or hats on because it felt like there was no heater on. I would've ordered to go if I had known it would be that cold inside. And unfortunately, we had to wait 20 minutes to get our food so the cold felt even worse. If the weather is better outside this probably won't be a problem though.TENDERS SANDO: This was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had! The chicken was great, but the slaw is really what elevated this sandwich for me. I don't think I can have a chicken sandwich without slaw ever again now lol btw I got it mild and I couldn't even taste any spice. CHICKEN & WAFFLE: My bf got this and said both the chicken and waffles were delicious. It was Nashville hot and I definitely wouldn't have been able to eat more than a few bites. The jump from mild to Nashville hot was pretty big. I'll stick with mild lolURBAN FRIES: I didn't get to eat this fresh because I was too full off of the sandwich, but it was alright. Maybe it was because I had to reheat it hours later, but it was definitely not as good as it looked. I'd rather get another sandwich lol

There is no way to order online so you HAVE call in. You would think they would be more attentive to this feature. If I could order and not deal with what I experienced, I would.TLDR: I was placed on hold 15 minutes that when I arrived- I was minimized and hung up on and they got my order wrong: INATTENTIVE. The GM was there- did nothing as I guess he was working.I called and was placed on hold. I was driving from work so I thought I could time it and just pay and pickup.I was on HOLD for 15 minutes so when I got to the restaurant, I saw my call UNANSWERED while the cashier with no hurry in his step was wrapping up a customer aka reading and fluffing receipts with no sense of urgency for phone order.I observed before I went in so I KNOW what was happening or not happening while being on the phone waiting to just ORDER for 15 minutes. I get to the register and wanted to see if he would pick up the phone before serving me in the actual restaurant. He IGNORED the phone!!!!! I let him know that I was on the phone and he had the nerve to say- I didn't know (how when you are standing RIGHT NEXT to it BLINKING?) and hung up on me RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME and tried to over talk me and minimize this problem.Then the lady who started all this came over and explained. At this point I was ready to curse and take EVERYONE out but I said to them and myself that I will check myself before listening to this mess so I did. Long story short: ordered, got the wrong order had to come back to them laughing and not taking anything serious. I know this was a Friday night after a long day...actually it showed just that. Thanks for making this a horrible experience.

Good food, and great Mac and cheese, however the food is very slow to come out and the service is only decent. It took us 40 minutes to get our food for 4 people when we were one of two families there. When we got our food it wasn't warm because it had been sitting on the counter for a while, and they didn't even buzz our buzzers.
