Uncle's Seafood

Sooo we haven't been here in a while but we went to the Roots Picnic this weekend and couldn't miss our opportunity to stop at Uncles. We shared a platter and it was delish! Only thing is we only got two shrimp and one egg! I was a bit disappointed about it but I know for next time! The broccoli was so good!

Unc reminds me of that kool @$$ uncle everyone looks forward to seeing at the family cookout . He's very laid back and offers decent customer service. The seafood is fresh, honestly the taste is nothing super spectacular but definitely good. The prices are average for seafood, I'd return to try other menu items.

first off uncle is so cool , his energy along , you going to want to support his business, 2nd his butter sauce is amazing,,,, if you like crabs that's not drenched in butter, but favable crabs with just enough butter !!! go to uncles

Nasty overcooked & has no flavor. Disgusting. Got very good service but really nasty food. Do not recommend

Uncle's Seafood comes through , EVERY TIME . You hear me ?! Unlike most seafood places , they don't cost an arm an a leg . BEFORE YOU START OVERTHINKING , just because they have good prices , doesn't mean they have poor quality . The food is on point ! Under all that crab and shrimp is a platter full of juicy buttery potatoes . The right ratio of veggies & meat . As for the seasonings, of course it's crazy good ! Finger licking good ! So , if anyone is wondering , YES , Uncles Seafood got it going on . So what are you waiting for ?They also stay open late , which seems like the only time I find myself sliding by .

Food was phenomenal. Seafood was good. Fries were banging too. The mild is to lite for my taste. But still great

I decided to try this place after some reviews. At first glance not much to look at. Located in the more "hood" part of town. Very small business- not much in waiting area. I said that to say this- if you can get past all that and try the food. You will not be disappointed.

Best shrimp platters !!! People yall have to taste it Im hooked the platters are about 24 dollars come with 2 sides choice or spicy or mild Place is small but the owners are friendly Take out only

I went here one night with a crazy craving for seafood around 2:30am. My friend told me the mussels were good, and man were they! They were perfectly seasoned and buttery. I will say that I wouldn't order the crab cake again. It was greasy, salty and just not to my liking. I had one bite and threw it away. However, I would drive down to North Philly ANY day to have those mussels.

I almost never write bad reviews but this place pissed me off.....This has got to be the WORST!!!! Place EVER!!!! Please please please whatever you do DO NOT SPEND your MONEY HERE. They will get you for your money. If you order crabs they will not give you the amount or the kind of crabs that you paid for. I support Black Own but this place is not the place to support. It's so sad that we have to deal with stuff like this.
