Uncle Bubba's Brisket & BBQ

Never been to Texas and this is the welcoming aloha that someone from Cali/Hawaii needed when stepping into a restaurant! Especially by Uncle Bubba! The staff was super friendly and helpful with the menu. We ordered all of the meats and sides and it was pretty tasty. The brisket was very tender, chicken fell off the bone, pulled pork just melted. Loved the mac n cheese and potato salad. The ambiance is very clean and simple with a pretty good amount of seating. Thanks Uncle Bubba for kickstarting our hunt for good bbq!!!

This is my go to BBQ spot when I'm in Houston area. I think their brisket is outstanding , you can still smell and taste the smokiness when you're done eating I love the sausage as well. Recently tried the very well seasoned Dino beef rib, it was big enough for 2-3 people to eat off !

Visiting from Nevada, and I'll be back! Excellent food, fast service. The owners are very nice and they make everything themselves.

Awesome customer service! Uncle Bubba was here in person working. Very nice guy who loves bbq. The food was served hit and fresh. Ribs were very tender and smokey. Sausage was tasty and flavorful. Would def stop by if in the area again!

The service was really great, quick and everyone was nice. The food was delicious. The portions are generous. If you like classic potato salad, this is the spot. I also had the baked potato with brisket which was delicious. I wish the bread on the sandwich was a little more moist and toasted. The Mac and cheese was pretty good but had a little powder taste to it. Overall, I will def be coming back! The restaurant is cute with good music.

It was my first time trying the food here, and the chicken and brisket were pretty good!! We ordered the two meat and two sides dinner and it was big enough for my husband and I to share. Unfortunately, I was not a huge fan of the baked beans and mac n cheese...I felt like it was missing something. The facility was clean and there were plenty of parking. Overall, I will be back to order the meat again.

Food was amazing!!! The service was excellent! I would highly recommend to dine here we had ribs , brisket and some sides . Everything was delicious we were even given complimentary smoked turkey oh my god it was DELICIOUS!!!

They are located on the corner of their strip center. The day I went I missed out on the ribs which i really wanted. I substituted chicken and sausage with Mac and Cheese. All were very good. The brisket was tender, the sausage was tasty and the mac and cheese was just ok. s. I did get to me Uncle Bubba, he was very nice and informative about their menu items. They are a small business that are located not far from me and I will visit again earlier to try out their ribs.

Someone should teach the afternoon server how to slice brisket and the sides could use some work, the pulled pork was greasy and salty. Other then that the brisket and chicken flavor is nice.

Happened into Uncle Bubba's by my son's recommendation. When we mentioned to Uncle Bubba how much we loved BBQ and were from Cali and craving the real deal, he took my Hunny behind the counter for a special class in Tomahawks. Next thing I knew he had an apron on and away he went. I've included photos. But words can't express how amazing the food from here tasted. Our whole family was able to enjoy every morsel of meat that they offer. We wanted to sample it all. We returned later in the evening for the Tomahawk. It did not disappoint!! If you're looking for really amazing BBQ, it's worth it to take a drive to see Uncle Bubba & his crew!! Thank you for the experience.
