Woah! The sauce that was on the chicken was AH-Mazing! The sausage had large chucks of filler which are a little off-putting. The max and cheese was so dang creamy...no box mix here...ALL homemade. Service was impeccable and she offered me a sample of cole slaw when I asked if it was savory or sweet. This place needs to be packed at all times! We will definitely return. The ONLY reason it didn't get 5 stars is because my husband said his sandwich was very dry. He poured on the sauce that's on the table and he said it was better.

I first went to Uncle Bob's a few years ago when I was doing caregiving. I used to bring my elderly client on Sundays. At one time, he sold his own BBQ in Florida. He loved Uncle Bob's and said it was the best in Texas. (He used to travel for a living) I have tried and enjoyed many menu items, but my favorite thing to get is the chopped brisket sandwich. The quality and flavor is always consistent. Uncle Bob's has spoiled me for all other BBQ places, so when people ask where the best BBQ is, I always point them there! If you haven't been to Uncle Bob's, what are you waiting for?

Pulled pork is very mediocre. catering order very unprofessional all containers leaked on our car seats. They did not stand behind anything. Drive pass this place do yourself a favor.

Everything was really good. Brisket, Sausage, and chicken were moist and great flavor. Owner came by to check on us and everyone was very friendly. Only downside is they are only open for lunch!
