Ultimo Taco Truck

I didn't get to take a picture because I was hangry! Now I'm sad I didn't take pictures for yall to see it. Anyways, the tacos here were pretty good I'm not gonna lie! I ordered three tacos, 2 Barbados and 1 pastor. I got it on maiz tortilla, which felt a little thicker than other places but I'm fine with that. It comes with cilantro and onions in top. I liked the Barbacoa tacos more but I've always been more of a barbacoa type rather than pastor. They were both extremely flavorful! Tacos were $1.75 each on maiz tortilla. I think it costs a little more to get them on flour tortilla. Overall, it was very good and very authentic. The only thing is that they don't have an tables or chairs to sit on to enjoy your food but you can't really complain about that about a food truck lol. So I just enjoyed my tacos in my car while watching the bachelorette hehe

Okay, wow. Love this taco truck! Been reading and hearing good things. They are true! Standouts: for SURE the tacos, but stay tuned for a few other items that are worth ordering after I describe the tacos :) We ordered a variety of tacos. Three types: pastor, bistec and barbacoa. Read all the good reviews for the barbacoa, and trust me I LOVE barbacoa, so of course had to get that one. It was good!! Very flavorful. I'd order again. I'm kinda a little eh on other meats in tacos, but especially pastor. I typically think it's too chewy and too dry. But I actually really enjoyed this pastor and I even enjoyed it MORE than the barbacoa! I know, who am I?!!?!!?! Haha. It's super flavorful and while it was still on the chewier side, it was juicy! Really enjoyed it. I can't comment on the bistec because my husband got to them first and ate them too quickly! Shame on him haha. I also have recently been obsessed with ordering gorditas at taco trucks and taquerias. They are SO good. This one was different than others I've had - it was more like a sandwich/torta with corn tortilla as the breads. It had avocado and beans and lettuce in it! Refreshing, light! I like it! And I am thanking myself for ordering the pastor AGAIN for the Gordita!! Thank you so much, me! Haha. Other notables: the GRILLED ONIONS! Y'all. I freaking LOVE grilled onions. LOVE. THEM. I ask my husband to grill them every time we grill. I cut up two and just eat them by themselves. I enjoy them that much!!! So imagine my delight when there were grilled onions on top of all of my tacos!!! What?!!?! Heaven right there! Plus cilantro and lime. And fresh cheese, like a cojita type! Loving all of these toppings! Since it's to go, they give you sauces in little baggies. So cute. And spicy!!! Two types: red and green!! I don't know how this little truck packs so much flavor into its tacos and gorditas, but they do it and do it well!!! Love this gem of a truck :)

Decided to try this place because we saw it on instagram. At first the lady was very rude. We were about to leave without ordering, but we decided to give it a try since we came for the food of course lol. It was worth it! Tortilla tacos are handmade and tortas are really yum, they have aguas frescas really good by the way (a little bit too sweet for others). Maybe adding some chairs or stools to enjoy your tacos when eating there would be good. Definitely coming back. *menu variety *drinking options *reasonable price *good taste

Don't know what the hipe is about this place. Spent over $40 here and it was not worth the price. The pastor was super salty you couldn't even eat the meat. Definitely would not recommend

When I want the best taco truck tacos, this is where I go! My favorite is barbacoa on corn. Mmmm!

One of the best taco trucks I've been to. Ordered the barbacoa, fajita, chicharron, and pastor. Barbacoa was awesome, melt in your mouth. Fajita had a great smoky flavor. Pastor had a lot of good pineapple flavor that a lot of other places are missing.Chicharron was okay. Have had better. All the tacos were topped with grilled onions and cilantro. We had them all on corn tortillas as well. They were around $2 per taco and the portion size is a bit bigger than the standard palm size. Can't wait to come back! Can't stop thinking about these tacos.

This is an authentic Mexican street taco- some of the best verde sauce I've had; it's hot and flavorful!So...... it's a stand alone truck in a parking lot with no tables. This is a strictly to-go joint. Pay attention or you will drive right by..... eh, at least that's what I did.Ordered 2 fajita de pollo (chicken tacos). Decent portion size and very good!2-4 tacos for most people will do the trick and satisfy your craving for .Wait time for me was about 10 minutes with only one person in front of me at the time. Cooked to order and a must try if you like and crave authentic street tacos.

Found this gem on google and it's going to be my new hangout spot. I got the Fajita and Pastor tacos. PHENOMENAL!!! I think I just checked into heaven

Seriously still d r o o l i n g over these street tacos we had at El Ultimo! And I honestly have to say this is one of the best taco places I've been to. Everything we had was perfectly marinated, tender, juicy, even the grilled onions were . The tacos were also stuffed for $2. I'm obsessed.We got pastor, barbacoa, chorizo, fajita tacos and finished everything in MINUTES. We stopped talking once we started eating.
