Atmosphere: Twisted Noodles is a casual Thai spot with lots of space. It's never been super crowded when we've eaten there. Also a great option for takeout! Service: The staff are casual, friendly, and happy to help! Food: We ordered their Chicken Pad Thai and Pork Dumpling Red Curry, which were served in generous portions. We also got some complimentary Twisted Thai Rolls for checking in on Yelp! The Pad Thai was light with a slight acidic hint and had a good level of sauciness. The Pork Dumpling Red Curry was a dish we ordered out of curiosity and we were pleasantly surprised. The curry was more creamy than we expected but had a great balance of flavors, while the dumplings were flavorful and filling! The Twisted Thai Rolls (veggie spring rolls) were not as impressive, tasting more like microwaved rolls, but we can't complain about free food! Overall: Twisted Noodles is a decent spot for quick, casual, and reasonably priced Thai food. Their service was friendly, and our overall experience was pleasant. We'll be back whenever we want to satisfy our Thai food cravings!

I think I found my new favorite place to eat! Me and my mom found this place, we were moving stuff all day and needed something to eat asap and found this place near by. The crab and shrimp fried rice is SO GOOD. It's so hard to find good crab fried rice. The Pad Thai was very yummy as well. I was really impressed. I've passed by this place a million times because it is in a shopping center I frequent but never thought to stop in. The staff was friendly and the food came fast! I can't wait to eat here again.

I wanted to give another shout-out to Twisted Noodle. it is consistently delicious and the service is great. Ate too quickly to snaps photos, but loved the potato corn cakes and the Pad See Eww with chicken. Great food at great prices!

unfortunate updatecame back for round two and was very disappointed. got the pad see ew and the curry noodles. both dishes were terrible - wayyyyy too salty (and I eat a lot of salt in general) and somehow watery as well. noodles were undercooked. I feel like the chef staff changed :/ oh also all the prices are increased. understandable given all the inflation but if you are going to increase the prices at least maintain the quality we know and love. will not be coming back

We came in around 12 on the frigid Saturday, when the restaurant was completely empty (people trickled in as we were eating). Eventually someone came out of the kitchen, then we were seated. Everyone was very friendly and the food was incredible. The tom kha, panang curry, and twisted crying tiger was more than enough food for three people. The tom kha is perfect for anyone looking for a light, savory, and lemon grass toward broth- it does great with a bit of rice in the broth as well. The panang curry had an almost soupy sauce that coated the chicken, vegetables and rice perfectly. The twisted crying tiger was grilled marinated beef served on lettuce with a lime sauce. Eating the beef with the sauce and lettuce is a great combo that balances the richness of the beef, but eating the lettuce and beef separately makes a great side salad. We left with full stomachs and good moods- ideal for dealing with unexpected frigid temperatures and a sprinkling of snow in the middle of March.

I'm saying it but this is the BEST Thai Food in Durham and possibly Raleigh-Triangle. Over the past 9-years of living in the area, I've searched near and far for quality Thai food but always fell short. Don't get me wrong, most are good but always fell into the "fusion" category. Twisted Noodles is straight up Thai food! From the flavors to the portions, everything was about quality.I stopped in for a late dinner and the moment I walked in, I was hit by the smell of a good ole' Thai cooking! I knew I was in for a treat. It was a beautiful night so I decided to grab a seat outside. I can tell that they were busy with folks dining in and especially take-out. People were coming in non-stop. It took a bit of time to get my menu but I understood the struggles of owning a restaurant with good food. The menu featured all of the legit Thai dishes you could think of. I was so surprised to see my favorite on there -- Rad Na! It's basically noodles topped with a gravy like sauce. This is rare to find in the area. It was amazing! The sauce was very balanced with sweetness, tartness, and saltiness. I also ordered the chicken green curry which was on point too. The portion was big enough for 2-3 people to share. I was so happy to bring home leftovers.Overall, amazing food and good customer service from start to finish. Don't sleep on "Twisted Noodles"!

On the way to RDU I stopped at Twisted Noodles to get my Thai food fix. It was about 2pm on a Friday and the restaurant was empty. I was seated quickly and was able to get my order in nearly as quickly as I sat down! I ordered pad kea mow, with chicken. It was good, but not the best Thai food I have had in NC or ever. This said, if I was in the area, would eat here again to try other menu items.

Love the drunken noodle here! Best in the area. They only have one server so if you are in a hurry and cannot wait then go somewhere else.

Got the pork pad see ew and pad Thai - both great. This is the first place that I've been to in town that seems to follow their spice level system too.
