I'm honestly shocked that they have 3.5 stars here- I loved this place. The panang curry is wonderful and almost addictive and the service was just fine! The ambiance was a little weird because they were playing one of those videos of a food blogger eating "crazy" or "extreme" foods in Asia, so it was a little weird seeing moving (but dead) eels on screen, but overall I didn't mind it.

Not sure why they're getting so many negative reviews... I think Twisted Noodles is one of the better thai places in this area. It's my go-to spot for ordering takeout. Prices are slightly higher but portions are also a little bigger. I prefer this location to the Durham one. Employees I've interacted with have been very pleasant.

Absolutely the WORST Thai food I have ever been served, and I've eaten outstanding Thai food in Portland, OR, and decent Thai food in Atlanta. The wide rice noodles were almost raw, and could not be eaten by either myself or my companion. So for $18 I had a small, and I do mean small, serving of veggies that would have been inadequate even if the noodles were edible. We were there early in the evening, in fact we were the first dinner diners, so a busy kitchen was not the problem. The wait person made no effort to find out why one dinner was unedible, and was returned to the kitchen almost exactly as it had been served. Eat here at your own risk. You have been warned.

The duck Padthai was not great. The duck was dry and the skin was still on in some pieces. My husband had the Massaman curry which was good. It was a take out. The service was prompt. It looked like a cosy place.

Very cute, but a little difficult to find. The food was amazing. I had yellow curry and it was enough to fill me and have some for the next day! Great portion sizes. Try their mango sticky rice! So amazing!

I like this place. They work really hard to serve customers and the food is a solid 7 out of 10 which is the second best Thai place in chapelboro. If you order something as hot as they can make it (a 4) it will still come out mild. I recommend.

Both the Chapel Hill and the Durham sites are very good. The menus are similar. The main difference is that the Chapel Hill location is newer and looks "nicer" but the Durham one has it's own special ambiance of comfort. They both have killer stir fry dishes. They both have take out and do a very busy lunch hour. They both have relatively small square footage yet the menus have a good variety of food. The service is consistently very good. Prices are very reasonable. It is a go to spot when time is a factor in choosing a place to eat midday.

I've eaten here several times, and it's been hit and miss. When the staff are on their game, it's always a great experience. When they are not, it's puzzling. Was there Wednesday evening and ordered their version of General Tso. Chicken was overcooked, cold, and lacked and flavor whatsoever. Rice was cold and tasted bad. Sent food back. My guest's food was hit and from all their reactions very good. I will go back, but will avoid the General Tso and question if the kitchen staff can consistently produce decent food. Quick word of support for the front house staff. Very attentive and apologetic for the poor food. Not their fault, but kitchen staff needs to work on food quality and consistency.

Love the location, parking is great. You can literally park in front of the building for pick up. Interior design is beautiful and cozy if you're in the mood to dine in!Consistently cooked to perfection, I won't go anywhere else in Chapel Hill for wide rice noodles. The price is extremely fair for dinner ranging from $13 is a huge bargain for a full meal in this area!Posting this after my second day in a row of dining in at their restaurant. Needless to say: REPEAT CUSTOMER FOR LIFE
