Casual diner, thoughtful service, tasty foodWe had our two year old who was tired, hungry and fussy. Albeit a counter service diner, the cashier brought us menus to look at while we tried to get our son to sit down. High chairs, tables, and seats are clean and new. We ordered two omelets (I had chicken sausage, hashbrowns, and spinach - my husband had ham, jalapeño, and Swiss) and an order of French toast sticks (8 pieces).The same cashier brought us water cups with straws and our food. She brought an extra plate for our son. The omelets were tasty and simple - just an omelet, no wasted sides of potatoes or toast. Everything comes in a compostable container. The French toast sticks were hot and crispy with a soft center. Our son (once he stopped crying) loved them. The restaurant is clearly concerned about the environment and limiting wasted food.The restrooms are clean and the manager heard our son crying for cheese and offered us cheese. Very kind team, very clean restaurant, tasty food, and reasonable prices.We'd come here again.

Counter service to order and they bring your order to your table for you. Bright and welcoming interior and friendly people. Lots of smaller tables (2 and 4 seaters) and one long 1/2 booth with tables along one wall. Pretty murals on the walls.Their shack tots were really good and different - crispy outside and soft inside. It looked like hashbrowns tossed with shredded cheese and spices before being fried? I liked their "biscuit sandwich" (which was more croissant-like) from their menu. The egg was thick and good. The sausage was thin and a bit on the saltier side, but it worked ok for the sandwich as a whole.The tacos were a corn and flour hybrid that fell apart pretty easily once you tried to pick it up, but it was loaded with toppings (egg, cheese, and meat) and salsa. I liked the ranch that came with the tots, but it made something already salty too flavorful, so we ate it without the ranch. My husband liked it a lot more than I did, but, again, it wasn't bad.Their drink selection is probably where they shine. There are lots of coffee options, mimosa choices (including frozen mimosas and frozen rose), and teas and fountains drinks. Unfortunately, we only tried their teas this time around and did not get their other drinks - which seemed popular by the tables all around us! Both meals cost us just over $19.We will come back and try other options, as well as their drinks.

This place is great for a Sunday morning brunch while seated outside. The breakfast tacos were tasty and filling. The Chicken Shack tacos didn't leave a memorable impression as they were a basic breakfast taco with a chicken tender. However, the strawberry pico de gallo on the Twisted Tender tacos was a great twist on the flavor and we definitely appreciated that the pico on both tacos were fresh. The Shack tots are okay. Having them as a shareable side is recommended. It was a bit disappointing that there weren't any listed options for a salsa. Cholula is available by the fountain drinks, but that was all we saw. Not a bad option to have when deciding on a casual brunch location.

We went on a Sunday in the late morning. It was not busy at all. We got donut dots for the kids. The portions were kinda small. Overall, it was just average, and I don't think I will return. Service was average, and the food wasn't really memorable.

So I finally got a chance to stop in here for a bite of breakfast. Staff was friendly and after looking over the menu, and they had just the right amount of choices for everyone, I went with the Shack Wrap as it's labeled as Owners Fav. It was good. Plenty filling. A big burrito with a lot of yummy stuffing stuff. A hot cup of coffee to round out breakfast. It checks off all my boxes - friendly staff, good menu choices, and good quality food. I hope they make it. They offer Mimosas so I see a group of ladies having some on a Saturday morning around 10 with the avocado toast. The only thing I see that will hurt them is overall cost of the meal. With tip, $20.00. But cost is relative. Certainly worth a try.

I've had this place on my list and finally made it. It is in a very convenient spot in front of heb. Plenty of parking. It is nice and clean on the inside. With it being so new I expected the customer service to be like a 12 out of 10 but it was pretty blahhh. However the food was great and so plentiful. Those loaded tots are like none you've ever tasted. The burrito was amazing..please add the queso to it and thank me later! The prices were also great! I will definitely be back!

For a quick place to sit or pick up, I have to say they have food selections to please anyone. The staff was friendly and the amount of food for the prices seemed reasonable. Most important part is they have a great selection of MIMOSAS my favorite has always been pineapple jalapeño which is hard to find anywhere but this little diner has it and they were delicious! I'm also interested in the frozen regular or Frose. I had the everyday platter with eggs over easy they put a nice seasoning on top, bacon was thick and yummy but I'm not a biscuit fan so was able to get an English muffin that was nice softly toasted and soft. We also had breakfast tacos which I was told the salsa had a nice kick! I really hope that this place stays, plan to use the pick up and go home or a quick breakfast when we don't want to do the whole brunch.

What a great little breakfast/brunch spot in a great location with a nice outdoor sitting area! The service was great, order at the counter and then they bring your food to you. I ordered the strawberry spinach salad and everything was really fresh and tasty. My friend ordered the avocado toast and it was delicious. This place seems to specialize in mimosas so tried one- I ordered a pineapple placer and it was good.

I'll pass. Got the tacos to go. Eggs kinda funky expensive for some mediocre breakfast tacos in my opinion. Just wasn't for me.
