Ambiance is ok, but food and service is terrible. There is apparently 1 server and 1 cook to manage this whole place. Much more expensive than other area restaurants, with no better taste or quality.

Food may be amazing but I placed an order at 4:12PM for a 5PM pickup. Then received a text at 5 saying it's ready but upon arrival at 5PM the doors were locked and lights were off. There was a waitress inside and she opened the door and informed me the kitchen does not open until 5:30PM and for me to come back at 5:45PM. And now I'm here again at 5:56PM and the food still isn't ready. The food is delicious but this is absurd. Don't allow online orders until the kitchen is ready and don't send texts saying food is ready if it's not.

We have been here twice and loved the food both times. The service was mediocre when we dined in but the food is always on point. So far we have tried the butter pasta, chicken 65, garlic saag, chicken tika masala, and all the naans. Everything is so flavorful and delicious. The ambiance is inviting. Definitely recommend checking them out and adding them to your new favs like we did

The food is very good but the service isn't always very friendly. Not to mention it can be very loud at the restaurant as well. Overall I like it. Just be prepared to pay for each bottle of water you drink.

KATY, TX 77494 / INDIAN / SAT 07-22-23 / TAKEOUT DINNER-It was dinner rush and the place was empty on a Saturday evening; the staff was not friendly at all, no greetings when I walked in nor did they look happy I was there to pick up my takeout order.-I asked for hot sauce on the side and they spoke to each other for a minute and then, told me they do not have any hot sauce in to-go containers.-The butter chicken had little to no meat in it; literally only a few crumbles chicken meat. Wow, I should have taken a video or something to show y'all.-The lamb vindaloo was 95% bones with little to no meat, as well.-It looked like we were missing a quarter pieces of naan, from one order of garlic and one regular.-We only received one rice, but we ordered 2 entrees. The restaurant looks nice inside, the murgh makhani and vindaloo had lots of great flavors, but something was very off which clearly shows why they're not busy during prime time dinner hours.I saw them recommended on the Katy-Fort Bend Foodies social media group and decided to give them a try, but unfortunately had a bad experience. If they're still around in a year or two, I'll give them a try again but hope they improve over the next 6-12 months.

Decent food, okay ambience and below average service would probably be the best way to sum it up. I don't have much complaints about the food but the service was very below average. Conversations with the waitress were awkward and we had every staff member come and ask if we were enjoying the food. They never paid attention to our empty glasses of water or the fact that we were having a conversation - they were never shy to interrupt us completely. Also, paneer biryani is not something you want to order.

New restaurant so it's neat & clean. Ambiance is trendy, they have a few screens pulled up for entertainment. Full bar is available.Food was delicious. Owners are from Andhara (South india). We ordered mild spice level and food met our expectations, as we know Andhara food is very spicy in general. We ordered Gobi Manchurian as suggested by the waitress for appetizer, methi chole, paneer saag, garlic and plain naan, grapefruit mocktail. Loved everything. A tip to the owner/chef would be to add more methi in the methi chole as there was very less methi. Also, I would like to see more vegetarian options in the curry section as options were limited & mainly consisted of Paneer.

This restaurant needs to work on customer service. The people answering the phones are complete idiots! The owner needs to get his staff trained correctly! I told the idiot guy just now that there is no paneer biryani or any veg biryani options showing on the online order menu. Stupid guy check again. I read the idiotic guy all the biryani options and he is like order a completely different biryani. Are you dumb! I want what I order every time and refused to serve me. So frustrated hoping owner sees this and realize he is losing a bunch of customers. I have neighbors and friends who I will share this experience with and will never order from this place again. It is run by a bunch of dumbass people who don't know the menu and dish options.Update owner contacted me and said sorry for inconvenience

Very very noisy place.Restaurant folks cannot control crowd behavior.Had very bad time because of unwanted loud noise coming from adjacent table.Even music was not able to help because noise was very loud from adjacent table .I would table zero star for service and ambiance
