Tuna Bar is my favorite sushi I have had in all of Philly, dunking on other sushi heavyweights like Double Knot and Royal Sushi.I was initially skeptical upon entering, as the interior is hella contemporary and it's just kinda sceney in here. Like are we trying to be a trendy hotel bar or are we here to slang good sushi?My doubt was fed to the canvas when our feast began to roll in. All in all, we got the creamy rock shrimp, brussel sprouts, crispy rice spicy tuna, wagyu spring rolls, a yellowtail roll, a spicy salmon roll, the fishtown roll, and a liberty roll.Everything was fantastic and the quality of fish was top notch. The rock shrimp and wagyu spring rolls were the standouts until the Liberty Roll came and flipped the game on its head. The Liberty Roll came to PLAY.My taste buds had never experienced anything like it: Spicy crab & cucumber topped with torched salmon, spicy aioli, and some rice pearls. It melted in your mouth. It made you feel things you hadn't felt in years..After torching everything, we were full af but I left it up to God and asked the waiter if they had any mochi for dessert, because my soul is incapable of passing up on good mochi. I JUST KNEW this place would be amazing, Liberty roll, fried rice, goyza, shrimp, edamame. All spot on. Odd hour to open (1:30p) however absolutely worth the wait.

Stopped in for a midweek lunch and was blown away! The location is beautiful. The service was quick and everything tasted so fresh. There were so many different things on the menu to choose from and everything tasted great. I've already been recommending.

Great sushi. Really like the vibe here. We tried a lot of sashimi, the tuna carpaccio and the veg fried rice. They were all a hit. This was our second time here, would def recommend if you want quality sushi.

Really solid sushi spot in the city that doesn't break the bank! The inside space is so cute, they sat my friend and me in these adorable little booths that are just big enough for 2 people. For rolls I ordered the salmon shallot roll and the king ghidorah roll. Both were absolutely delicious and the fish tasted fresh. The service was also great, the staff is all very nice.

Came here for dinner in a Saturday night... the sushi was some of the best I have had! Service was also very good. I was disappointed that the restaurant closed at 10 pm on a weekend. We got there around 8:30 and the vibe was dying by about 9 pm. Next time I will make it an earlier dinner to catch the fun crowd!

Let me begin by saying that this place was amazing. We came on a rainy day so the restaurant was pretty empty. We were seated immediately. Our meal was amazing from start to finish, the staff were extremely kind, welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. I'm giving this restaurant a 10/10 and I already can't wait to come again.

~Fishtown Roll- Shrimp tempura, avocado, jalapeho, topped with tuna, salmon, yellowtail and spicy aioli. Salmon and shrimp is also a go to combo ~Broad street roll - this no rice roll is probably one of my favorite rolls I have ever had. ~2 lycheetini- sweet yet strong. They didn't have lychee as a garnish in the drink when we got it initially but they grouch us lychee later on. Thanks for that! Came in on a Friday night at 7pm and was seated right away at the bar. Up scale. I would come here again to try the other speciality rolls.

Losing count of how many times i've been here since it's so good! The ambiance is always amazing and is perfect for a date night. The servers are always professional and quick. The food is always amazing and fresh and the drinks, especially the norigrets are my favorite! Can't wait to come back again.
