"This is a hidden gem, one of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. The food is beyond flavorful. They have a large list of gluten free and vegan options. The service was great."
"Not only delicious food but very friendly staff and SUPER fast service! This place is packed on Mondays for their senior citizen discount (55+) ... buy 1 get 1 free. The portions are huge and we always need a to go box. They also have weekly specials that are amazing!"

"Amazing food and service. Their new location is even better, right on the same block as the previous location. If you see Guy Fieri's picture, you know it's going to be a good one and it definitely lives up to the hype. The Bread Stix alone is what I always come here for but their wings, the deep dish pizza are some of my top favorites too. Come here and try it, you will not be disappointed."
"I've been wanting to visit Baci Italian Bistro for some time now. As a native from Chicago, I've been spoiled by the culinary scene in one of the best cities in the country known for their gastronomy. Last week I had the pleasure to visit Baci and man it brought me back to the quality and service of some of my favorite Italian restaurants back home!We started off with the Bruschetta and the Fried Calamari. I am still buzzing over that Bruschetta! The way those flavors marinated on top of that warm baguette blew me away. For our entrees my wife ordered the special which had Chicken, Linguine and this amazing white sauce. I ordered the Chicken Limone and I really enjoyed it. It was very lemon-y so if you aren't a big fan of strong lemon flavors then I would say to steer clear of this dish. For the kids we got Chicken Alfredo (what I call the basic white girl dish) and Mozzarella Sticks. These were also excellent.I will just say that the left overs the following evening were just as good! Also, I cant say enough about the service and the ambience of the restaurant. Our server Diana was very knowledgeable on the daily specials and gave us very good feedback on the questions we had. Therefore, in the famous words of Julian Potter in My Best Friends Wedding - "I am writing it up as... inventive and confident".Honestly, if you haven't yet, go check out Baci Italian Bistro. Amazing food, classy environment and phenomenal service with a friendly wait staff."
"Came here for dinner after visiting the Cozy Claw next door, and soooo glad we did! The food was awesome, everything tasted great, we got the margherita pizza, eggplant hero, and garlic knots. Our kids split bowtie pasta with marinara and a slice of pepperoni pizza, which they both LOVED. The service was excellent and super friendly, great relaxing atmosphere, and it smells amazing inside. They were even nice enough to cut the slice of pizza into small pieces for my toddler! Wonderful all around, will be back for sure"
"Was at Starbucks all morning with a friend and decided to walk in to grab some pizza to go. However, they had seating available immediately so we decided to stay. They sold both pizza's in whole as well as by the slice and were fairly priced for the portion. The only reason I docked the star is because they didn't ask if we wanted the Parmesan cheese before adding it. Personally, I thought it was delightful but the other one with us was not as pleased. I got the margarita pizza and it was fresh and hot, delicious really and they got cheese. I did try theirs and the cheese wasn't as good as the other but I still liked it. Though I'm not a picky pizza eater. That said, the quality of this Italian style really was amazing, and if you like this style I think you'll be pleased too! As a side note we had great attentive service."
"Having traveled to Italy and very in step with good Italian food, I was very happy with this visit here with a friend colleague. The place is gorgeous and when we arrived for dinner at 6:45pm, the place was swarming with lot of people! That's a good sign.We made reservations and were seated in a booth in the middle of the restaurant. This place is huge and also with a nice bar area and big TVs.We had a lovely waiter and my dining mate was interested in a glass of wine and since it's the summer, we went with a sparkling rose and my friend wanted a new bottle opened. Sparkling rose was great! We both also opted for the branzino and that was just delicious, reminded me of the summer I was in Sardinia and plenty of meals I had in NYC.There was a squid ink pasta on the menu and I would've loved to try that and I'll be back to have that next time. What was the cherry on top of this dining experience was the tiramisu. I'm not a fan of the typical tiramisu but this was made more like a pudding and that worked really for me! I loved this dessert and would come back just for this!Overall, an amazing dining experience, excellent service, solid meal and lovely company! I will be back!"
"Great pizza and meatball sandwich Lunch prices are the greatest.Lunch includes a soft drink. Will be back to enjoy other meals here."
"UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP! It had been 4years since I went back. Recently just moved in to area, tried Mario's 2024. THE FOOD IS N.Y. STYLE PIZZA AMAZING!!! Give Mario's another try! I have been there 4 times since, am heading there again today!!"
"Since I loved the pizza here, I decided to go back to see if the service improved. The manager/owner reached out to me with a sincere apology for my experience and encouraged me to give their restaurant another visit. I was very pleased this time. The staff was friendly and professional. I'm glad to see that the service improved!"
"We came for lunch and service was great- food was great- and our server Adrienne helped us choose gluten free options. Will definitely be back! We so appreciate them having gluten free options that were tasty. Also, they told me If you make reservations it is good to request the type of pasta you would like ahead of time and they will have things freshly prepped. They run daily specials."
"What a cool concept! The menu is fun and the food was delicious! I ordered the Italian sub and it was amazing. They cut all of the meats they use. So it was really fresh. Their potato salad is delish as well. All in all, it was a great meal and the workers were all really nice and helpful."

I feel like I have already reviewed Renee's but apparently not! This is MY PLACE for an amazing meal without worry. That dang Celiac hinders my dining out quite a bit but NOT at Renee's. You have to OpenTable because it's small. Four booths (I think) and outdoor tables, weather permitting. It's absolutely worth whatever Renee implements in order to have a quiet but happy meal. The staff LOVE working there which is a sign that she is on to something special. I recommend everything on the menu. She has an excellent selection of wines and the GF baguettes are so yummy. It's a great place to get to gather and actually be able to talk to each other. She has takeout too, which I also recommend if you can't get a reservation. Think ahead y'all, she's very popular!

I've had this spot on my radar for quite a while, but hadn't been able to make it over until this past week. I couldn't believe how busy it was arriving just an hour after opening. We were seated pretty quick which was awesome considering there were six of us. Service was great, drink orders were taken and we were given some time to check out the menu. We decided on three pizzas, the margherita , spicy chicken and a special. We also ordered a Caesar salad. It all came out fairly quickly and looked pretty good. I loved the spicy chicken best. Good flavor, decent kick and great amount of chicken. The special was quite doughy. It was so full of toppings I couldn't get over the sogginess of the crust. Sauce had good flavor, but this place wasn't a hit for our family. Decor is pretty outdated and quite dark inside. I'd say we may come back to try the pasta or other items, but a no on the pizza for us. If you're more of a crispy thinner crust I'd recommend either one topping pizza maybe or elsewhere. Solid 3.5 here for me.

We are long time Rocco's fans and we're excited to see and try out the new digs, and it did not disappoint! We went on Saturday afternoon before students were back, so while it was busy it was not packed. We waited less than 5 minutes to get a table and food came along quickly as well we were there just over an hour.Like others have noted the new space is large, open, and obviously newer but still has the Rocco's vibe. We loved the layout, bar, and patio space. The waiter was attentive and very friendly. While he was busy he never forgot to check-in and the floor manager was also going around checking on people. Great service just like before! The food is exactly like you expect, delicious sauce, on delicious dough with good amount of fresh toppings on the pizza, fresh salad, and wonderfully spiced bread stix. We did a thin crust, which is our go to, and it was nice and crispy even for a 16". The Caesar was not over dressed. Everything but one item was the same great meal. The one change we noted is the move from RC Cola to Coke. Not an issue for us as we like both. For us, Rocco's is the same great food, service and vibe just with more space and coke products. Thank you Rocco and the team for keeping it real and helping more of Tucson enjoy your food.

Made a reservation for 7 people for 4 pm. Definitely beat the rush. Service was not bad, but it was very slow. Portions were big and foot was good. I just wish the waitress was more attentive to us, as far as bringing fresh bread and taking our order.

Ordered through Slice app late in the day. I selected Brooklyn V's from pictures and reviews. I picked up my order--ready on time which was great as there was only one person in the restaurant. Pizza was just okay. Greasy with a cardboard-like bottom crust, toppings were plentiful. Calamari was gummy bear chewy, and also very greasy. I warmed them up in an air fryer...lots more grease! A bit more crunchy but the flavor was awful. The sauce tops for the calamari were squished in the calamari container--melted and popped open--what a mess. I understand it was late in the day and they had one customer in the dining area but Brooklyn V's could have taken better care packing! Overall--I might try again but for the money spent, I'll stick to the more tasty Sal's or Little Joe's pizza.

We have finally found good pizza in Tucson! After 2 years of trying almost every pizza place out here and all of them being terrible.Fiamme is hands down the best pizza out here. Being from the NJ/NY area we have missed the amazing pizza from back home so much and it's nice to finally find a decent place out here.We ordered on Uber and got the 18 inch plain cheese pizza. When judging a pizza place for the first time you have to go with plain cheese pizza to see if they are a good place or not. We were hesitant to pay the absurdly high price of 28.60 for a plain cheese pizza but we have been on a hunt for decent pizza and decided to give them a chance anyway. So glad we did, because now I know why they get away with charging the ridiculously high price, it is the best pizza we have had in Tucson and even close to as good as back home. The crust was baked perfectly and had good chew and was just right, the sauce was perfect, and the cheese was amazing. Hopefully we didn't just get lucky and caught them on a good night, hopefully they are consistent and will update my review on my second order if it's not. My only complaint is that the pizza arrived cold, but that's not Fiamme's fault the Uber people should be required to have thermal bags for all deliveries, especially pizza but I guess some drivers do not use them.Anyhow best pizza in Tucson so far, but we got a few other spots on our list yet to try as well like Renee's and Falora but compared to the other 20 places we have tried so far over these last two years this place is by far the best.9.2 out of 10 for Tucson 7.5 out of 10 for back home NJ/NYThe top 3 plain cheese pizza spots in Tucson so far: 1. Fiamme 2. Dominick's real Italian 3. Carusos

Decided to pick up from North as I was in the area. I had a $20 bonus card from a gift card I bought a couple months earlier. Unfortunately I found out that it expires shortly after the date the original gift card is purchased. L. I ordered the crushed meatball wagu. Tasty yes, but oh my, I wish they didn't list the amount of calories on the menu next to this one. North is generally delicious every time, but next time I'd likely go with another dish.

The best Italian food we've had so far. The meals were prepared and presented with great quality. We enjoyed our wait staff and appreciated the visit to our table by the manager before departure asking about our experience. We loved the Italian ambience and relaxing atmosphere

"My favorite pizza 8n Chandler, so delicious.. Staff is amazing and the prices are great."
"If you know me, then you know I'm a caprese aficionado. Always looking for a great Caprese, which led my Yelp Bestie Chelsey H. and I to check this establishment out as we found via the Yelp App. Yelpies usually have the best recommendations! We came on a fairly busy Friday night, but they have ample seating inside so we had no wait. Our server was very attentive even with multiple tables, and the band being quite loud right next to our booth. They even had great recommendations and helped us decide on what to order. I'm happy to say the caprese was amazing, and I really enjoyed the pasta dish we ordered as well. The pizza flavor wasn't my favorite, but it was still really good! I know Chelsey said it was great as leftovers. Next time, we will try a different flavor as the crust/sauce was amazing! All in all, we definitely see us coming back!"
"I have always wanted to try this place out as we have driven past multiples times. I finally made it in on Saturday night and I brought along my sister and friend. We were quickly greeted as we walked in and told to pick a table. We sat down and the friendly server brought us the menus. She gave us a few minutes to look them over and we were finally ready to order. We ordered:One large "the works" pizzaOne order of 6 boneless wingsOne PepsiOne rasberry iced teaThe wings were brought out first and they were good. They were the perfect hot level and they were breaded perfectly to where we could see that there was actually chicken inside. The pizza was then brought out right as we finished our wings. It came out very hot and it was cooked perfectly as it had a nice crunch to it. The sausage was delicious and the onions were yummy. The slices are big! We had two left over and they still tasted great the next day. Service was great throughout our meal and our server was friendly. They were pretty busy the entire time we were there and most people had to go orders. The inside was clean and the mural / pictures they have up on the walls were fun to look at. The main doors to come in are pretty cool as it is a picture of a subway."
"We love Brooklyn Pizza, great place to grab a quick bite to eat specially if you are craving just a classic pepperoni. Their garlic knots are delish, I could eat just that an be happy. The place is small, but at least they make a pick up run or even an in restaurant easy with their covered free parking and their music selection is pretty good. Honestly I don't understand why Brooklyn pizza does not get enough love, some of the negative reviews are a little unrealistic, I might be crazy but why go to a pizza place for pasta or a sandwich? . Anyways if your in the area need a quick pick me up or a quick bite to eat give them a try and drop some love on the reviews."
"Went in at around 730pm on a Friday evening, we got seated right away! We were seated near the front entrance, so I didn't get to see all of the restaurant, but it was very cozy and smelled amazing of course! Unfortunately the service was slow! The food took awhile to come out, the server had to assure us a couple times the food was on the way out. Also, I did have to ask a couple extra times for refills on my drink. We had the chicken Alfredo, and my husband absolutely loved it! Then we had the antipasto salad and the three meatballs with meat sauce from the ala carte menu, also extremely good. All in all, it is a great date night location, with delicious food and smells!!"
"This was my first time into Salerno's even though I have heard many recommendations over the years. The restaurant has a very casual feel to it. You walk up to order your food/drink and are given a number for your table. Once your order is ready, it is delivered to your table. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful! The entrees are served with a dinner salad - your choice of romaine, iceberg or spring mix. The Italian dressing was perfect to dress the salad served with shredded carrots and croutons. We ordered a caprese salad to start which was fresh and perfectly seasoned. I ordered eggplant Parmesan as my entree and cheese ravioli for my cousin. You can tell the marinara is house made and is one of the best I've had in a restaurant setting (I typically don't like marinara). Every part of our meal was delivered quickly and at the proper temperatures. My eggplant Parmesan was still crisp even having marinara placed on top of it, I was impressed by the fry. I would certainly recommend this restaurant and would love to come back myself."
"Fresh, cheap and delicious! Sauce was falling out of the pizza. Dang this pizza is good! Great service too."
"Delicious pizza and wings!Really great deals and for me is located close by and is always a great option!"
"IMO the best pizza in Tucson. Always on point with fresh, quality and flavor . The dough is inline with what you get in Europe. If you are looking for a NY, Chicago or Detroit pizza this may not be for you . Along with their fabulous pizza the limited but special sides are amazing. Parking is a bit of a pain but well worth the struggle."
"As a native New Yorker and Brooklynite, that has easily eaten his weight in pizza, Fresco Pizzaria served up The Finest Ive ever had. The crust had a thin crisp shell, and an almost impossibly weightless body that every pizza maker strives for. We ordered toppings of anchovie, red onion and mushrooms. They're using spoon sized cubes of portobello to retain the natural flavor and cooked to perfection. Service was 2nd to none. Perfect ambience. If I could give this place six stars I would.Bon apetit!"
"If you're on the East side of town and don't know where to go, but want good food, wine and cocktails, then go to Zona 78. I will have to petition the 3 1/2 star rating because I've been dining here for years and the cocktails, food and service here is consistently good. I've never come once when I didn't have a great dining experience whether it be a casual lunch or a fancy date night. My hubby this time had the Pizza Boy which was yummy. The pizza here has never been a miss for us. I had the sesame ahi tuna salad which was fresh and crisp. We can always count on Zona 78."
"Can't believe we've lived here almost 5 years now and didn't know La Famiglia existed. Someone recommended them from instagram and decided to give them a try. So thankful we did! We are from Long Island and I can't really find pizza similar to back home, it's rare when I do. We tried the grandma pie, the pepperoni rolls, and omg the garlic knots. The grandma pie was delicious, the basil was super fresh and the tomatoes were aromatic. The crust was thin and crispy, just how I remember. By far 10/10, the price is steep at $30 a pie but in my opinion totally worth it. The garlic knots were fantastic, we also added extra garlic on top. The crisp on the bottom from the oil was to die for, literally! The dough was soft and filled with flavor. The pepperoni rolls were good, but weren't the star of the show. Like another review mentioned, they only have pepperoni in them so we asked for cheese. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The owners are from Long Island as well. The restaurant was pretty big inside and clean. Can't wait to try more options."
"Love the pep pizza, calzone, and wings (order them extra crispy)! The fries are great, awesome local beer selection too!"
"The restaurant is very nice and there is a store inside with Italian food. The waitress and the other employees were attentive and friendly. The employees all wore different styles of clothing. It was hard to know who worked at the restaurant. I was there on a Friday night and the restaurant was very busy. Our food came out fast and hot and delicious. I had the lasagna. To me the sauce was a little too sweet, I did enjoy it overall. The men's restroom was clean and well stocked."
"Crust Simply Italian is located at Verde at Cooley Station in Gilbert. "Simply Italian" and "Pizza Rustica" are some terms that you will hear when coming to Crust. Rustica is a term used for the leftover dough scraps from bread that are pieced together to form the pizza dough. The odd shaped pizza is then topped with simple ingredients. The first time I visited here, I got a side of meatballs and the Arugula and Prosciutto Rustica. Both the pizza and the service were great. The second time I was here, I ordered the rigatoni sausage and enjoyed every bite. Crust has a variety of pizzas, calzones, pastas and appetizers with gluten-free options. They also have great happy hour specials. The Crust Restaurant Group opened their first location in 2007 and will be expanding to more locations across the Valley in the next few years. They recently took over a couple of recently closed Artichoke Basille's Pizza locations and debuted a new concept called Crust Pizzeria. This Crust Simply Italian restaurant has an awesome speakeasy concept next door called The Blue Heron. I love the vibe there and the fun drinks that they make."
"This place is unassuming. A little neighborhood place on the side of the street. Anyone knows that the small tucked away places tend to be among the best. This place doesn't disappoint. Theres a great tasting selection of appetizers, sandwiches, pizzas, calzones, salads, pasta dishes. They even have a selection of beverages including wine and beer. Two pizza sizes 14" and 18". Really can go here and always find something to enjoy. All the dishes are great tasting. In the past I've had the pizzas. Every one I've ever tried has been quite tasty. On this occasion I had the meat ball sandwich and my friend had the calzone. The sandwich was perfect. Hit the spot with nice meatballs in a great marinara sauce perfectly topped with cheese on a great roll that was neither hard nor soft. It held up perfectly and was a pleasure to eat. The calzone was a decent size. Filled with sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella and ricotta. Looked amazing when they cut into it. I was told it was creamy, nicely flavored. One of the better calzones my friend has ever eaten. It disappeared quite fast so I believe it. Both the meatball sandwich and the calzone came with a side salad. If you decide to try this little place out, there is a small enclosed patio in which you can enjoy your meal or you can do take out like we did. Either way you can be assured of having a very satisfying meal at a reasonable price."
"I ordered the Bella special Stromboli and the garden salad and was in heaven. Both had so many wonderful ingredients and both were so tasty. Natalie waited on me and was super friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be back!"
"Tim was awesome. I got my spaghetti order in a bag and had accidentally spilled it all over the place while I was taking it out of the bag because the lid wasn't on all the way. I went back to the counter to reorder and Tim hooked me up with 2 free slices of pizza and my money back. 10/10 service. Thank you Tim!"
"I said I would go back to Doughbird and did so with a friend that had never been to this place. We were greeted by Austin (Mixologist) and seated, with our menus. Friend wanted to try a cocktail but hadn't decided which one so Austin brought our water and then came back after a few minutes. We ordered our food and the cocktail. Austin was really nice and patient with us. Friend said the drink was good. The food came fairly quickly. The Parmesan Truffle french fries were delicious; hot, crispy, and flavorful. The truffle sauce was really good. I ordered the Tuna Sashimi salad; friend had the Caesar salad with crispy chicken. My salad had a touch too much dressing but was still very good. This place is consistent with its high quality of food. Having Austin take care of us was an extra bonus. Our lunch was a bit pricey, but with the cocktail it did drive the price up. Love this place!"
"Haven't left a review in a long time, but... 5 stars from me!Not understanding the lower level reviews. I ordered 2 pizzas for takeout, and they were done in 20 minutes. The flavor was amazing! I am a DAMN good cook, so hardly anything pleases me. But Sauces did great. My opinion counts...F the rest!"
"Pretty good pizza. Nothing shocking about it. The crust was fine and not burned. The pizza wasn't too thick but not too thin either. I think it was a pretty good typical pizza. The service was fast and good. I didn't find anything unique about it.I did pick up instead of dine in and the process went smoothly."
"On my single visit here my party of eight began with excellent cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms and a classic Caesar Salad. Then we enjoyed Chicken Marsala, Fettuccine Alfredo, Penne alla Vodka with Chicken, Chicken Parmesan, multi-colored Tortellini and Shrimp Scampi. All portions were big, and my Chicken Marsala contained a huge hunk of chicken and very good light Marsala Sauce. The ambiance was modern casual. And service was good, although my Caesar Salad was initially forgotten."
"This the best pizza by far. Sobclose to NYs it's incredibleVinnies Special is our favorite."
