Truffle Grill

Ordered catfish nuggets which tasted like the last of the nuggets out the bag and they had a strong odor. My worker ordered the honey salmon. She was able to pick around and it eat it but those burnt sweet potatoes, not so much. For the prices and the quality of food we won't be back

I ordered them from ubereats and ugh...we ordered the chicken and waffles for my daughter with sauce on the side and 2 extra wings...2 of the wings were clearly over cooked and the flour in them had. Runt or they absorbed all the burn flour from the oil AND THEY had the sauce on the chicken so my daughter couldn't even eat the semi edible ones.The waffles were deep fried or something. They had so much oil that they had this translucent quality. They also tasted like grease.The catfish and grits were salty and over seasoned. I had to peel the skin and give my daughter just the insides because she was hungry...otherwise I would have thrown it away.I hope they take the feedback and improve their food quality because this seems like a case of, just because your family says you can cook doesn't mean you should open a restaurant.

The food and the service were both good. I had the shrimp jambalya with asparagus and garlic mashed and it was good!! The asparagus wasn't even over cooked, it was grilled frfr and delicious. For my daughter, I got the catfish nuggets with fries. The nuggets were small, like imagine those last few piece in the bottom of your cornmeal mix before you fry some catfish at home. I did love the crisp on the fries tho!All and all I would honestly give them 3.5 stars but I'm begin generous cause the service was good and buddy was patience while I was looking over the menu.NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: Truffle Grill does not have mild sauce or dipping sauce besides BBQ, that's wild to me...

This place appears to be a one hit wonder but I think it has potential. I had one dish that trumped the other, several dishes that were merely "o.k" & one dish that I disliked. The salmon sliders are undoubtedly the star of the shows. They were seasoned to perfection, had a crispy sear to them & a sauce that complimented them well. The truffle fries seemed like merely truffle oil as there was zero truffle flavor. The Mac and cheese, asparagus, truffle fries, regular fries & lemon pepper wings were all just "ok". What I didn't like were the truffle wings. They had a funky flavor to them that I didn't care for Also be aware the navigation won't put you where you need to be. The restaurant is basically on 51st & Michigan avenue. It's in a strip mall with sharks.

Food was top tier ! Took an hour drive and it was well worth it. They're nailed it with food and customer service can't wait until they expand to a dine in operation!

Generally the food is good. Some days are better than others. BUT my most recent experience with the funnel cake was terrible.They advertise the funnel cake as having real strawberries, but it's thick, old syrup (see photos below).

Truffle grill is sooooooooo nasty chicken is fried over hard hardly any seasoning customer service is horrible they have nasty attitude and move slow then the buffalo chicken rolls are nasty they don't put no sauce on it food was cold when I got it I asked for buffalo chicken wings it's wasn't sauce on it then they make you wait almost 40mim for the food to be nasty when you get it 0/10 highly not recommend

Patronized the location on 18th and Ashland. We had high hopes, but the food and service were subpar. There were no servers, yet a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill. The restaurant was had 1adfiyoonfl done in patron when we arrived, yet it took the food almost 45 minutes to arrive. Portion sizes not worth the price. We left disappointed and still hungry.

Food was insanely good when I had it - based on reviews it seems like it may not be consistent, but worth the roll of the dice.
