Trattoria Rosalia

This is easily one of my favorite restaurants! Their grilled salmon is one of the best I've ever had, cooked perfectly to your liking and served with veggies sautéed in flavorful garlic chunks. I also love their ravioli--it's another standout dish. The service is consistently excellent, and despite being busy at times, the ambiance remains calm and relaxing. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which adds to the charm. The prices are reasonable, making it an ideal spot for a cozy date, especially in the evening.

I really wanted to like this place unfortunately very disappointing. How do you get a Caesar salad wrong? Well they managed to do that. Chicken tasted old. Also ordered just a tomato pasta. Tasted very mediocre. Cheesecake next door would have been better. Will absolutely not be coming back here.

Quiet Italian restaurant in the mall near where the Cheesecake Factory is. The space stretches between inside and out, so there's a variety of seating. I was there on a Wednesday evening so it wasn't overwhelmed and the host and wait staff were all pleasant. I had the gnocchi and my partner a pasta dish. Dinner was great... but the cream brûlée was meh.

It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

Food was bland, but service was terrible. We were 3 adults, they only brought 2 menus and 1 water. The bus girl that was picking up our plates was more on top of us and concerned about our needs than the server. A fly somehow ended up in my glass of wine and when we told them, they just said ok and brought another. Still charged the glass, which ok I don't mind as much, but they just showed no concern or just any kind of service when we first told them. Mind you, it was the manager that took the glass! Then, at the end, I am still reviewing my check and the server literally grabs the booklet from me. I was in shock. Besides all that, food truly was mediocre. Not one item we had was memorable. With all the restaurants this mall has, please don't waste your time here.

Food, service and ambiance Martini was weak though. Shared Bruschetta, Vodka Ala Penne and coconut cheesecake.

I frequent aventura mall and was always curious about this restaurant. I happened to be at the mall with my sister and we were hungry for a small meal so we decided to try. We were sat very quickly but we're not approached for quite some time. When the server came all she said was "are you ready?", no introduction at all, and she did not even ask us if we wanted drinks. Server did not provide us with utensils (manager had to give them to us). The busser was more attentive than our server. Our server did not say another word until bringing us the bill. Then she had the audacity to circle the tip section which I found to be insulting as if she assumed that we would not tip her. I tip 18% as a baseline but I was very disappointed because the food was great but not enough to outshine how unwelcomed I felt.

A small cafe in Aventura Mall that looks kind of charming but their menu in various places online is misleading. If you get carryout make sure you have the right Trattoria Rosalia menu. There are multiple menus with a specific link for Menu right after their name and these must be extremely out of date and there are far fewer items on them. They need to make the effort and correct these as it's misleading. I didn't sign up for a $50 meal with a salad and pasta. Won't be back.

We went for lunch on Saturday and had a decent time. Food flavor was good, a little pricey but good. Complimentary bread came out cold and hard the first time. Following bread came out hot and soft so not sure what happened cause they had recently opened. Waitress was kinda... snobby? Maybe just not expecting tshirt wearing people in a restaurant? She asked for our drinks and we said water. She offered flat or sparkling and we clarified with flat, the tap water. The FREE water. She then asked if we wanted large or small and we again said the free one?? Small I guess?Queue a fancy bottled water coming to the table ($5-6 charge later on). Already opened so we couldn't decline. A huge turn off for hub who didn't want to come in the first place but the food tasted good so he softened. The people that brought the food and did refills were really nice. And they knew what we were talking about when we asked for a free water refill. All and all ok experience. The main service was a huge turnoff to where I wouldn't go out of my way to return just for the food. But if you're in the mall, you might enjoy it.
