I am a fan of this place. Whenever I've come the weather has been great and sat outside. Feels like I'm in Paris (almost). Great people watching too. The food was fantastic. We had the quiche, the moules frites, and the lobster bisque. 0 complaints. We all shared and it was plenty for 4. The drinks were great as well. The service was good, whatever you ask for arrives promptly. The staff is courteous and generally pleasant. Good time. Best enjoyed with great weather and sitting outside.

It's easy to spend hours here, especially on the patio on a beautiful day! Amazing, attentive staff who always go above and beyond. We had a wide variety of drinks and delicious appetizers and entrees. The only reason for the four stars was the beautiful craft cocktails were on the weaker side, but were absolutely delicious, so don't get me wrong. Everything else was perfect.

Spent Valentine's Day with my fiancée here last night for dinner. I have been here several times, and I've always had a good experience with their food and service. The ambiance is very bright - lots of white on tables cloths, walls and chairs - classy and clean. On V-Day night, it was very busy - the inside AND outside seating were completely filled up - and it seemed (maybe in my opinion) that they dimmed the lights a little to give a romantic, intimate atmosphere. Tonight we ordered the His and Hers Valentine's Special cocktails along with the Tuna Tacos to start. My cocktail, a bourbon with dark cocoa bitters, was smooth and had nice chocolate/cocoa finish at the end. The tuna tacos were a tasty tease of an appetizer as they were small and easily finished in three bites but packed with so much flavor. Our entrees for tonight were the Steak Frites and the squid ink pasta. Excellent plates that both of us enjoyed - I love the pasta although my fiancée thought it had a heavy lemon zest that could have been minimized. Our service tonight was very good, and she provided good recommendations when asked, and was undoubtedly busy with several tables. Overall, we were so happy with our Valentine's Day experience!

Toulouse was absolutely divine and a fantastic culinary experience! We didn't enjoy full entrées, but had a couple of appetizers along with some amazing wine. Highly recommend the zucchini chips, they came out piping hot and super crisp and the crabcake, which is fresh, light and delicious! We were able to enjoy outdoor seating for this evening, highly recommend going on Wednesday when it's not as busy and you can enjoy the beautiful lights. Our server Janelle (always hope I spell names right) was the kindest human and super knowledgeable with her recommendations; especially with the drink menu! I'll def be back soon.

This was the perfect place for Sunday Brunch. There are heaters on the patio area that were helpful for keeping warm. My server was amazing and the food was great. Bread and butter was provided for the table. The burger was my favorite.

Returned with friends and the place once again was horrible. They brought us, an opened bottle of champagne that wasn't what we ordered. Filled the glasses to the top without even letting us taste it. Made us pay for the bottle that they mistakenly brought that was twice as much as the bottle we ordered. (The waiter said he couldn't take it back ). I was charged 65.00 dollars for a plate of 4 vegetables (that were vegetables they had, nothing I asked to prepare purposely for me). The food was mediocre and the service was bad. They put an automatic 25% gratuity on the bill. They seem very money hungry and try every way possible to cheat people.

Came here for brunch with couple friends on a Saturday. Parking is available in the nearby River Oaks garage or on the street. The outdoor patio was packed with brunch crowd. The sound of chatter, clinking glasses, and live music, created the ambiance of a bustling European sidewalk cafe. We chose to sit indoors for better conversation clarity, avoiding the need to raise our voices across the table. Our server was very friendly and accommodating towards certain dietary limitations. There are plenty of lunch menu items available, but I went with the brunch options. For drink, I ordered the Rosé all day Punch. The cocktail had an attractive presentation with the ice sphere infused with berries, but the overall flavor lack of creativity. The egg Benedict wasn't outstanding, but it was well-prepared and tasted exactly as one would anticipate from a traditional rendition.Overall we had a pleasant experience. I wouldn't mind coming back another time for their normal lunch/ dinner menu and sit on the patio to enjoy some live music.

This place is great for vibes. I love the patio vibes and on certain nights they have a live band. The drinks are always great. My favorite is the Chanel drink served in a cute glass with Chanel on it.The service is always great. The staff is always attentive which is a plus.The food is okay. My go to is the lobster risotto. The house bread is good as well.Parking options are valet, street parking or parking garage across the street.

I don't understand why this place doesn't get 5 stars. Their food and services are consistently good. I always have a good time there.
