Can't believe this place is still open. NW Philly is not a pizza Mecca but this by far is the worst in The City. Awful quality. You're better off ordering from Pizza Hut.

The pizza specialities are flavorful and good. The pasta dishes are plentiful and tasty too. The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful when I go and can't make up my mind in choices. I especially enjoy the cute homemade Italian cookies! Just like my Nonni use to make!! Such a cute little pizzeria.

Toto's was our go-to when my sister lived in Philly for college. Since she graduated and moved home, I haven't had an excuse to make the 3-hour drive here, but I happened to be in-town for an exhibit at the Franklin Institute and I decided to take advantage.The pepperoni pizza is JUST as good (if not better) than I remember from a decade ago! They're doing renovations inside, so there wasn't a place for us to sit and eat, but we sat in our car with the steaming hot box sitting on the dashboard and scarfed down 75% of the pizza within minutes. It was delicious, with a crispy crust and yummy sauce and the CHEESE PULL when biting into it is no joke.I still love this place, and even if I'm living outside of DC now, the next time I'm in the Philly area, I'm coming back!

Wings were delicious but needed more sauce- had hot flavor. ordered large cheese pizza and a large mushroom and pepperoni pizza - it was delicious and largest slice of pizza I've ever had before I was pleasantly surprised. On the fly when I came in I also ordered the taco pizza which I had never seen before and I will definitely order again if I'm able to be there again.I also ordered biscotti they were selling it by the cash registered and I would highly recommend anyone that loves biscotti to pick some up. Usually biscotti to me is at most times too crispy but these were just right. The staff was kind and friendly, I would definitely come here again

Their lasagna is amazing and I often stop by after work or during my lunch break for a slice of pizza. The taco pizza is my favorite. Service has always been nice to me.

I think Toto's is great! I've ordered from them over the years and they're always dependable and delicious. My daughter and I just ordered tonight (Christmas Eve). We ordered two pizzas (white and Margherita), wings and a Greek salad. Food was delivered via Grubhub in about 40 minutes..:hot, delicious, ample portions. The salad was amazing. The guy on the phone was incredibly nice and friendly when we called to make sure they were open. Please patronize local businesses like Toto's!

This place has delicious pizza that was exactly what I was looking for on a Friday night. The staff are nice people and the owner is a good dude. People who say this pizza is bad don't know what they're talking about! My guess is they've never had real pizza. Much better than any pizza chain but for less cost and locally owned.

This pizza was honestly the worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered delivery on a Saturday night, and the timeliness was fine (about 45 minutes, but less than a mile away), but the delivery person literally insulted me when they handed me the food (referring to my appearance). I ordered a medium Papa's Pizza and an order of jalapeño poppers with ranch. The pizza was so salty it was barely edible (not just from the meat), and the crust was wet. Everything slid off, including the sauce. The jalapeño poppers were flavorless, and somehow didn't even taste like jalapeño. The one star is for the ranch, which just tasted like ranch. Had leftovers, don't think I'm going to eat them...All in all, I will never order from Toto's again.

First of all, the person who answered the phone was very helpful and polite. The man who delivered the pizza was also very nice and respectable looking.The pizza was ok, but the dough seemed undercooked and the banana peppers that were added were too vinegary and made the pizza wet. Overall, the pizza seemed undercooked including the meat.
