Man oh man every single time I come into this store has been great, everyone is super helpful and friendly. Especially Mr.Darrell when I tell y'all the level of service is outstanding I'm not kidding. Always the best prices and can find everything I need. Please y'all don't forget to show Mr. Darrell some love

Horrible rude service . Will not visit this location ever .From pickup to checkout , very unpleasant treatment .

This liquor store has an extensive selection of wine but their small bottles of liquor are overpriced for the quantity it has.

Terrible customer service. Valerie told us we couldn't purchase liquor because my child came in with us, mind you it's 100 degrees outside. She didn't say anything to anyone else in line. Definitely hand picked us and had a nasty attitude. Makes me not want to come back to this location.

I ordered online and when I poured out this is what I saw. Called Total Wine. Was hung up on twice. Third time the lady didn't put me on hold, but was telling someone that I wanted to speak to a manager (never asked to speak to a manager-just wanted to know what they wanted me to do). After her telling the manager that I wanted to speak with them and them saying no, she tells me that there is no one that can talk to me. Someone finally came on the phone, but seriously, this is their customer service?!?!

Came here to get some alcohol for a party I'm hosting tomorrow. I had some trouble finding certain kinds of mixers and alcohol at first, but every staff member I encountered was very nice and kind! I will be back at this location!

Lots of horrible reviews for the Total Wine, but I had a great experience overall.GLOWS:I was able to explore the store and a find some new items.-There was help to find the specific items I was looking for.-I was impressed to see a variety of samples being offered at the front of the store. I don't see that often back at home.

Of course total wine is amazing! but after speaking with an employee and me saying i wish there was Bardstown fusion here . I went back this week and boom it was there ! Super excited that they know have it! Wishing they could keep blantons or eagle rare on the shelf! i will say when i called they giggled at me for even asking but hey a girl can only hope for the best!

So, I come here often and recommend it to family and friends as well. However the last few visits have very very sub-par. The blatant racism is constantly shoved in your face if you are a person of color. I say it this way because I have friends that are different race than I am but have also experienced the same treatment. If you are a regular good luck getting basic customer service also, someone may follow you around to make sure quote un-quote your not stealing but won't lift a finger to help you. The time before this I was brushed off after seeking help for a product because they had changed the store around, not only was the rep super cynical he purposely gave me a damaged bottle of liquor I could not use as the seal had either already been broken or tampered with. Today, the very same treatment at least this time the associate made me wait over 15 minutes after catering to a white customer then, I waited an extra 10 minutes just to give her a chance to double back. But nope I had to walk all the way to the front where I stood another 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged after allowing every other customer to be served before me. As I waited very patiently, totaling a complete 35 minutes now. Still no help. If you want to be treated equal DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!!

Need to learn how to open more registers when customers are waiting inline instead of having employees walk around
