Total Wine & More

This review goes all to a guy name Jesse. Had a list of wine for an event my wife sent me out to get. Had one guy only showed me a direction where all 7 wine was.... I guess he didn't bother showing me. After 15-20 mins of trying to find these item I almost wanted to leave but Jesse came around just asking if I need help and I did and he found all my wine in 5 mins! So awesome.Thanks Jesse for taking that chance and asking and really took me around half the store! I couldn't have done it without you man!

My wife and I enjoy going to total wine, especially when they have samples. There's is always a great selection and someone there to give you ideas on what to mix up for your next big shindig.

Helpful super friendly staff with awesome selections. Great for weddings and other big events. Tastings Thursday-Saturday and classes to expand your alcohol knowledge!

This is our favorite place to purchase spirits in the Clear Lake Area.The selection is massive if they don't have what you are seeking they will special order for the customer.A major plus is there is always something going on inside with several vendors providing samples to try.I highly recommend signing up for a membership which is free to accumulate points for free gifts.In addition to spirits they have a really nice Humador with cigars from all over the world.They host wine and other classes.

Convenient location at Baybrook up on 45. Easy in and easy out. Nice staff & clean premises. Tastings and "public events" have been significantly reduced or all right cancelled.

This is my happy place. Always friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and you can taste some of the wines. They also do in store events for sampling some of the products they are promoting which is fun. The liquor prices are less than my local "bunny" store.

Clean and newish location in Clear Lake. The aisles are clean and well organized and definitely a step above Spec's. We got a bottle of champagne and they have a large selection of everything including craft beers.

Looking for booze that's not so easy to find? This is the spot. I've bought two bottles of Dom Perignon Brut (vintage 2008) and a Louis XV 300th Anniversary (vintage 1996) here with no wait. This is also the place where I was able to add to my stock of gin with rare Junipero Gin (from the now-defunct Anchor Distilling Co.), and multiple aged sing-malt Scotch varieties. The house brand, Grangestone, by the way is a very decent (and affordable) single malt. The microbrew selection here is fine ... plenty of IPAs and local stuff. And the employees here seem to be educated on their stock. Excellent place to expand one's quaffing pleasures.

This is the only Total Wine I have had issues with. They sold product on their store shelf that was over a year and half old! I bought a 2L bottle of Diet Pepsi to go with my liquor and its expiration was from March 15th 2021. Which I didn't realize till I got it home, put it on ice, and tried to drink it. It was flat with no flavor, so I dumped it out. That's when I looked at the expiration. It's currently December 17th of 2022!! I called asking for a refund and they said come bring it in with your receipt. I don't live in this town and I'm not driving back for that. Look up my transaction and refund it over the phone please!!!
