This review is based on service alone, which was abysmal. My husband and I asked if we could be sat for dessert only--we had a movie to catch at the Regal nearby. She said no problem, and seated us at a table for two. Fifteen minutes later, nobody had even acknowledged us, approached us to take our order, or even asked us if we wanted water. For a Saturday night there were very few patrons and plenty of empty seats. I saw two waiters, one expeditor, two bussers, and one hostess. Literally nobody even made eye contact with us when we tried to order dessert. It would have taken us the same amount of time to order, eat, and pay--but nobody chose to serve us. No worries, we walked out and took our money elsewhere. If you're reading this and you have after dinner plans, don't bother with this place and its poor customer service.

Loading up on the carbs for the 10K Peachtree Road Race. Just got in from Florida, tired, hungry and this place was wonderful. The staff very attentive and kind. If you're lucky to get Quenten who waited on me because he was one of the best.Happy 4th of July!RG1

Ambiance was nice. Loved the decor and vibes are very rustic. Our server was quick and helpful. We started the warm bread that she brought to the table after greeting. The for appetizer the calamari fritti which was perfect. Cooked perfectly crispy and seasoned well. My lunch was chicken parm sandwich which was not bad but a little dry. The chicken was crispy, juicy and cooked well, but i did not think there was enough sauce at all which made the sandwich a bit unpleasant. I was really craving a Caesar salad but it was super super drenched in dressing. I would definitely be back to visit when in town.

Celebrated a birthday here with a party of 13 people. We were seated inside in a semi private area. We ordered drinks and appetizers to start, then dinner. The appetizers and drinks were pretty good. Our group tried the fried ravioli and wings. I liked the fried ravioli better. Mixed reviews from the table on drinks; I personally tried the white peach sangria, which was definitely sweet. The entrees were okay as well. A guest really wanted lasagna, but the restaurant had run out of this particular dish. She settled on spaghetti and meatballs, and was disappointed in the lack of seasoning. I got the fettuccine alfredo and added salmon and broccoli; my food was also lacking seasoning; I added salt and pepper and enjoyed it better. I did have a large portion and took some home to finish. My rating is based on the food and overall experience. It took awhile to get our food. Our reservation was for 7:30P and our entrees arrived at nearly 9:30P. Also, we could only do three tabs for the group. Parking tip: park near stall 7 of Atlantic Station and take the escalator up, you'll be right in front of the restaurant.

The friends and I decided to try this restaurant after a festival that we attended in Atlantic Station. I am a big lover of Italian food and was excited to try this place. The food was very disappointing. The calamari was overcooked. So wasn't really able to enjoy that. The fried ravioli was really good as well as the Arancini. A friend and I split a pizza and a lasagna. Pizza was OK I thought the crust would have been thinner with it being Italian style pizza But the pizza was it bad. The lasagna was OK. The size versus price did not match for me. The lasagna was $23 for pretty small size portion. My other friend got the chicken masala and said it had no taste at all. And when we try the piece of the chicken he was correct he didn't taste like anything. The waiter brought out a tiramisu for us since it was our first time here. And I was not a fan of it at all. Just all in all very disappointed in this Italian style cuisine. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. They also automatically at 18% gratuity no matter your party size just an FYI

The ambience is good. It is inside of Atlantic station which has a lot of different options. But I think this is the only one that has Italian food.I came in without any reservations against cedar immediately so that was good. They only basically had two big parties so it was actually fairly empty. The waiter came over right away and got the drinks going so they wasted no time. If you're into drinking there's a full bar here so just keep that in mind. And they actually have a couple beers on tap as well. At the bar you also have a big TV that you can watch TV on. If you're into watching the game, this will be the best view for you by sitting at the bar. But there's only one TV so just keep that in mind!I thought that the service is pretty good. There were certain things that are on the table that I needed but they were things that were missing and I feel like they could have had that standard. For example, I had to ask for salt and pepper. Which is common when you're serving food. But it's not the end of the world!I ordered the rum old fashioned. Which an old-fashioned is my thing. If you rent any of my reviews you already know that. But I have never had it with rum so I thought I would give it a go. It came out pretty decent actually. I may start playing around with this kind of recipe when I get home!I got the spaghetti carbonara and I added chicken to it. You can't really go wrong with carbonara at the end of the day. So I was satisfied!

***18% GRATUITY NO MATTER WHAT!!!*** & that information is NOT advance notice ! The restaurant is big, clean. It was empty on a Sunday afternoon. We got 4 appetizers fried raviolis. Meatballs, chopped salad & chicken wings. The wings were horrible, we shared it with the waiter hoping he would take it off or let is exchange 71.00 no drinks.. your not missing out if you don't eat here.. to many other options in this location, skip this one

Came here for lunch/dinner with two of my girlfriends on a Friday. It was pretty empty but the inside was pretty spacious for when it does get crowded. It was cute, almost like how you imagine a typical italian restaurant. We got the calamari and a Caesar salad to start. The salad was ok, it was your normal Caesar salad, but the calamari was soo good! It wasn't super chewy but very tender which I havent really had with calamari before, but it was delicious. They also offer free bread which is also great. I got the Penne alla Vodka with chicken for an entree and it was really good too. The chicken was very tender. The pasta was a little softer than I personally prefer, I like mine a little more al dente, but it wasn't bad. Overall, the food was pretty good and our server was nice too. It was just a little pricey for what it was and they automatically include tip in the bill regardless of party size.

My husband and I went to Toscano restaurant for a Sunday lunch after an event at Atlantic Station. The restaurant appearance and menu called our attention. We were excited to give it a try. The ambience is nice. However, the service and food experience was not so positive. It started with the drinks. I asked for an unsweet tea, but I received a super super sweet tea. I tried to call our server multiple times to change it, but he was overwhelmed taking care of other tables far away from ours at the other restaurant area. After giving up of raising my hand multiple times, I called other server that was closer cleaning empty tables on our side. It is clear the way they organize the process of which server will attend which table is not good. I received my new unsweet tea, the taste was awful. I tasted the water and it was awful as well. The problem for sure is the tap water they are using. The bread we received as starter is very good. As the main plate, my husband asked for a tomato soup. I asked for the gnocchi with bolognese sauce. Both plates have a very good size but no taste, no seasoning. After finishing, we could not find our server to request for the check. When he arrived, he was on a rush asking if we would like the check. He didn't mind to ask if we enjoyed the food, if we would like anything else, dessert and so on. Of course, we were not in a mood to request anything else, but it is just an example of how they don't care about making you have a good dining experience. When the check came, for our surprise the 18% gratuity was automatically added in the final value despite our party was just 2 people. This for me is a big red flag. I totally agree the automatically gratuity on big parties, like 6+ people. But automatically adding this to everyone, it sounds to me they know they have problem and people will reflect this on the gratuity.

What terrible management! Ordered a calzone that was not as expected. Politely asked for something else for them to tell me it would be 60 percent refunded. I explained to them I only taken two bites. Manager came out arguing that I ate half. Half and two bites are a very big difference. We had only had our food for less than five minutes. The waiters were very nice came back and apologized on managements behalf. I won't be back for sure and disappointed in leadership. Must do better!
