Torchy's Tacos

Just had lunch here. Everything was amazing!! I got the Secret menu Matador, the churrascoe, and the Baja shrimp tacos. I can't wait to go back again. The service was fast and everything was really fresh. The store was nice and clean, they were also playing some good music. They checked on our table a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying the food and to see if we needed anything. The staff and the manager were really nice and inviting. This will definitely be our new spot!

Fantastic jerk chicken and pork tacos with refied beans and delicious mango drink.I will be back.

The Tacos were OUTSTANDING. Get the Baja Shrimp and add the sauce that comes with it. I will be back again!

I have tried this chain/franchise taco joint before. First tried in Austin. Wasn't impressed. But they opened one near me here in Stafford. So I gave them another shot. ITKYK cold corn tortillas are not acceptable. Ruined everything. An order to pickup. It was ready 10 minutes later. Which I don't mind. But then the food to be cold after a five minute drive. No thank you. Lesson learned. Again.**Update: was sent a $15 gift card from Torchys. Went and had lunch with my wife. Was willing to give them a third chance. I was still greatly disappointed. They should not sell corn tortillas tacos. And just keep in their lane with flour tortillas. My wife had the Republican taco. And it looked so disgusting that she didn't even take a bite. Got a slice of bell pepper that was about 2x3 inches. No effort at all.

This is definitely one of my goto Taco stops, however this go around you let me down. All things start with the presentation and the young lady on the register was great and very patient. Thank you!However, I placed a small order here after attending a family event and the meet up location was at Torchys. I grabbed the salsa and tortillas which was great and the Guacamole & cheese dip for non vegan eaters. My concern on this visit was the table and seating, were no one took the time to clean the table or the previously left tortilla chips. So, not to cause wait, I grabbed the spray bottle and paper towels to clean the area and pick up the tortillas on the floor, which were too large to ignore, so we could all sit and eat. I do get that the expectancy is for people to clean there mess, before departing, however, when they do not, it shouldn't fall on the guest. However, I was sure to clean before leaving. Until the next one, Bye-Bye!!

Vibe- This is a very nice Torchy's tacos location. There's plenty of seating inside and a good amount of seating outside. I really enjoyed the outside patio area when I went on my visit.Customer service- Good.Food/drinks- I got the mofaux tacos and the green chile queso and chips. Both were great vegetarian options!Parking- There's plenty of spots in the lot the restaurant sits in.

what can i say? i love torchy's! and this location is always pretty chill, clean and great service. my usual is 1/2 guac, 1/2 queso, 1/2 street corn (easy on the diablo sauce) and a democrat --gotta love that barbacoa. love the corn tortillas and the prices are pretty reasonable.

We have eaten at Torchy's Tacos for several years now but this was the second time we have eaten at this particular location. Both times the food was better than any other Torchy's locations, including Abilene and Shreveport locations. We always get the fried avocado tacos, which were fantastic, but this time I I tried the Democrat. Oh my goodness. It was so good I will not order anything else from now on. FANTASTIC!!! The tacos were bigger and they got our orders perfect both times. My wife has some food allergies and they were careful to pay attention to her order. After we had eaten I thought I had left my wallet and the manager went out of her way to help me locate it. She even called her IT guy to have him check the video. Ultimately I located it and it was my mistake. I was very embarrassed but they were very nice to not make me feel worse. We would be returning to this location as long as we are in Houston just for the food, even if they had not been so nice to help me. Great food and great people!!!

First time visited Torchy's taco about 5 months ago, foods are great and came out fast. Since it was our first time, my wife and I ordered 4 different tacos to try, Baja Shrimp, Beef Fajita, Democrat, and Crossroad, we also ordered chips and queso & guacamole. Chips are kind of salty, other than those we really enjoyed our foods. However an employee we encounter name Valentina provided one HORRIBLE service, I can say one of the worst ever!!! I really don't think this person really want to be there. Horrible interaction and not pay attention.3 weeks ago my in-laws suggested to eat at Torchy's taco. I was hesitated first but thought to give another try. Valentina still there with the same bad attitude and behavior. Is Torchy's taco really running out of people to hire???

I had left a review previously and I assume the torchys team deleted it; torchys should not delete reviews just cause it is negative. "The food was good and fresh, Diablo sauce definitely lives up to its name. However, a skinny, shoulder-length semi curly hair employee was very rude and extremely disrespectful. Even though the food was good, I would not go back because of that person." Don't delete this again!
