My first time here, stopped by on my way back to San Antonio. This is my favorite BBQ spot in Schulenburg. The brisket sandwich was full of flavor and cooked to perfection, the sauce was just right. I will be back every chance I get.

Stopped by Tom's today for the first time. All i can say is YUM! We went pretty late in the day so there was a lot sold out. I didn't have high hopes since it was so late in the day and the later it gets, the dryer the brisket gets, but the brisket was perfect. Don't even get me started on the beans... 10/10 recommendation!!
