Tom N Toms Coffee

I've been here a couple of times to study, and so far, every visit has been great. There are plenty of tables for studying and lounging, each equipped with an electrical plug--a convenience for my devices. However, they are a bit loose, so my charger would occasionally fall out, which isn't a big problem.Tom N Toms Coffee could be quite busy, especially on weekends.Despite that, every time I've come here, they've provided amazing service, and they promptly clean the tables after someone leaves. Not to mention, my go-to drink is the pandan latte, which strikes the perfect balance of sweetness and coffee. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a good study session, catching up with friends, or just in need of coffee on the go. Additionally, the plaza tends to be busy, so parking might be a little tough, especially on weekends.

I was really craving a good ol coffee after my dessert on a Saturday night and I found this location. To my surprise it was much more than coffee. The atmosphere of Tom's was refreshing and very calm, unlike other coffee shops I had been to. They have tons of seating to lounge or do homework. I chose their signature caramel iced latte and it was delicious. I definitely would try their Rose tea, but note it only comes as a hot tea. The guy that took my order was great at providing excellent service and providing me options to make sure I loved the drink. I will be back to try their other drinks and snacks they have to offer.

Tom n Toms Coffee is my go to study spot in the Chinatown Bellaire part of Houston, TX. Service is quick, plenty of tables and outlets for getting work done, and the drinks/food are consistently really good.Ambiance wise, it's chill. They usually have soft pop, R&b, kpop, or some kind of modern coffee shop vibe music softly playing in the background. I usually order their oriental latte w/ coconut milk, it's not too sweet and their espresso quality really comes through. I do appreciate that they even have a printer to print things, you just connect to it via Bluetooth and their wifi. Then if you get hungry, I'd recommend their Korean bulgogi stuffed pretzel.Overall Tom n Toms Bellaire is the best coffee shop to study at in Bellaire. The workers are friendly, and you can't beat the number of tables/power outlets they have available. Enjoy!

Yummy coffee, desserts are shareable portions, coffee is a bit more in the high end side at $7-$8 per cup. The place had a nice aesthetic and was pretty quiet overall and service was pretty fast as far as turnaround time.

Love this place! Great spot to hang out or get some work done. There's plenty of seating. The bread is to die for!! Sooo so good. Fluffy yet crisp on the outside. I got the cookie butter one and it sure is sweet! I really enjoyed it though!I had the oriental latte with oat milk. They have several milk alternatives. It was sweet but delicious! I will definitely be back, as the staff was so friendly!

I've been here a couple times, and the service here is always quick. Their coffee/drinks are alright, but I enjoy their snacks (I tend to like stronger drinks, and theirs are pretty light and milky). I frequently get their honey garlic butter toast even though I know I can make it at home. The space is pretty large, and a nice place to study when they're not busy.

There is no shortage of cafes in Bellaire Chinatown but most are too small to accommodate a working crowd. Located within the strip of Bellaire Food Street is Tom N Tom's, one of my favorite haunts to go and get things done on a computer. The WiFi is fast, the space and seating is second to none, and the have lots of munchies and drinks to keep us caffeinated.It's almost always busy here. Weekends can be a lost cause during the day time and the weekdays aren't going to fare much better. The speedy WiFi hs a lot to do with it and the customer service is always on point.A few more reasons why I love this place::: There are outlets everywhere. I've never had a problem finding a place to charge my phone, laptop.:: They have a printer. Free prints for everyone. :: They have an interesting system for each table designed by green / red status cards based on if a table is ready. It's sort of like a Brazillian Steakhouse. :: Service is always on point.

Great coffee and pretzels. Location is very busy mid day and hard to find parking. Mornings are a breeze. Baristas are great and very nice. Place is clean.

Today, for the first time in my life, I had an absolutely horrible experience. Around 8:50 in the evening, after enjoying a pleasant dinner, me and three friends went to Tom and Tom's coffee shop to have some coffee. While we were ordering and drinking our coffee, I urgently needed to use the restroom. So, I went to the counter to ask for the restroom key, only to be told by a black male employee that the restroom had just been cleaned and I couldn't use it. Can you believe that? Is this even possible? Are the staff lazy, or am I wrong to expect to use the restroom after paying for and consuming coffee? How could they provide service to customers with such absurdity? If a homeless person came in and couldn't use the restroom, I could understand. But preventing someone from using the restroom while they're drinking coffee inside after paying? Where else would they go? If you can't fulfill the most basic human needs, why run a business? With terrible coffee and such poor customer service, can this business really thrive? There are plenty of coffee shops around. If you're not going to compete on taste, at least provide reasonable service to customers. If the owner allows this kind of rudeness towards customers due to lack of supervision, then I hope they improve their staff training. If you don't want to ruin your business... I'm never going back to Tom & Tom's for coffee again
