Tokyo Hibachi Express & Poke

In a Strip center on Garrison across from a Quick Check station is a lovely, neatly packed away Tokyo Hibachi. Multiple parking spaces, very convenient, do not let the small ambiance fool you. Tokyo Hibachi is very busy with take outs!! I would guess this is their primary business.As I approached the counter viewing the over sized menu, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness, most likely by the owner. Ordering the Shrimp Tempura, Spinach Cheese Wonton and Fried Rice, was more than enough food. ALL WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! My service dog always sits with me, she thoroughly enjoyed the Tempura shrimp and brown rice, I had to move the dishes a bit further away or she would gobble it all up.The Shrimp Tempura has a delicate Tempura perfectly cooked to a crispy outside, the shrimp was moist and delicate to the taste.The Brown Fried rice, is superb!!! And a meal in itself, excellent portions.Spinach and cheese Wontong, crispy wonton crust and delicious spinach cheese. (I would appreciate more spinach, possibly with seaweed) yet their fashion of cook is excellent.The cost was average $21.00 + Tip. The interior was very clean, comfortable with over the top service!Highly recommend either take out or dine in given they have an extensive menu for a small place.

Stopped by after our hike at Red Rocks last minute & we were pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem in Lakewood! The server was patient, friendly, & immediately greeted us. The restaurant is very clean, quiet, & plenty of seating to spread out. The food was AMAZING! We enjoyed the teriyaki salmon bites with noodles & fried chicken katsu rice bowl. The salmon was juicy & flavorful, the chicken was crispy crunchy with just enough seasoning. Both were 10's! Best part is that the portions are huge, so prepare to take it with you. Such a great lunch choice & highly recommend if you're passing through or looking for GOOD asian food outside the city.

This place is a great local spot with amazing and delicious food! The place is clean with friendly staff. To be honest the first time I went I wasn't impressed with the teriyaki chicken but I gave them a 2nd try and this time everything was delicious!

The food was amazing! I ordered the steak, chickena and shrimp and it was delicious. The serving was enough for two meals. Yum yum sauce was delicious

Don't get me wrong, the food is good. We've gotten it to go a few times but decided to eat here. The flavors are on point. The employee at the register was quiet and didn't answer my questions. No biggie though. If you want hibachi but not pay the high price, eat here. I know I'll be back and the yum yum sauce tastes house made.4 stars: the beef was huge chunks instead of small bites. The beef also had a lot of gristle and was difficult to eat. My daughter spit out several pieces because they were just too hard to eat. The dining area is on the chilly side.

Ordered take out. Potato croquettes were disappointing and the chicken karaage was just ok. The hibachi shrimp and noodles were perfectly cooked and delicious.

I got the Hibachi Beef Tenderloin and it was fine. I was impressed by how much beef they gave and in general the portion size felt pretty good considering the price! The meat was cooked medium well which is what helped it to be so soft, but there was something overall about the taste of the meat-it was still a bit metallic/bloody. I know this is a possibility with meat that isn't cooked well done, but it was still a bit off putting. The vegetables were good and the fried rice was drenched in sauce and felt more like sticky rice at that point. If I came here I would definitely choose something else. My friend got a poke bowl however-and loved it! She said it was delicious. We got our food to go so we didn't really experience any service, but our food was ready when we got there. The place is super small and gives small shopping strip food place-which I'm a fan of. However, it does seem like a good handful of folx do takeout from this place instead.

We noticed this hibachi place that is pretty close to our home so we decided to give it a try. Absolutely no complaints at all! Staff were friendly. Portions were good. Quality of meat and vegetables was good. The parking lot was small but they had 8 tables so plenty of room. They even had a couple high chairs for the little kiddos. We had the pan fried pork gyoza, which came with 6 pieces and a chili soy sauce (little kick to it) on the side. Very tasty. The hibachi bowls range from $13-$18 and have yum yum sauce on the side. The steak and chicken were cooked perfectly. Some steak pieces were pretty big but loved the portions. Would definitely come back for a quick hibachi fix!

I love hibachi style cooking and was super happy to see Tokyo Hibachi open up close to my office. I have tried a few different entrees and they are all good with huge portions for the price. My fav so far is the teriyaki chicken. Called in my lunchtime order a few times and it is always piping hot and ready when I pick it up. The man taking orders is very sweet.

Great spot! Food was flavorful and it didn't take long to get to us. Normally tofu age veggies aren't seasoned but they did a fantastic job. Very delicious!We got the poke and hibachi
