The other reviews gave me really high expectations, but I was somewhat disappointed with the food. The meat pizza felt really lacking but overall not bad. Based on other photos, the pepperoni pizza looks a lot better. The salmon and anchovy had some interesting flavors but I felt I could've done without them and should've just ordered another pizza instead. The indoor seating had some nice ambiance and the service was good! I don't think this place is my go to pizza spot but it's not bad and I think some of the other pizzas I've seen are worth the price.

What a great spot! Right by the Fremont bridge, good corner spot where the sun shines through beautifully, and pairs well with the light decor inside. The place is such a welcoming environment, being greeted by the bartender immediately upon entering. However what really took it all home were how delicious these pizzas were! They've got whole pies but we wanted variety and the options did not disappoint. We got a pesto, pepperoni, veggie and a meat. They were all so flavorful and the crust definitely holds its own. I also loved that these slices didn't feel too greasy, just right! Our most to least favorite: pesto, pepperoni, meat and then veggie. That said, you can't go wrong here! You can tell these pies are made with love and I'm just so excited to go back with some friends. No wonder this is the sister restaurant to Post Alley -- they're both now my fav slices in Seattle.

This place is 10/10 ! I went here for the first time with my cousin and her husband, a few months back and it did not disappoint. The pizza was delicious. Also, their lemon drops are probably the best I have ever had ! The atmosphere and service were spot on. I have zero complaints about this place. My cousin and her husband are vegan and they had great options available that they loved. If you are in town, definitely visit this place !

Cuppy pepperoni is so yummy. We came based off of the kenji video where he mentioned the place. It did indeed live up to his hype. The pizza was slightly burnt on the bottom and is a pretty thin crust which makes it a great pizza to fold and eat. We also got the pesto and veggie pizza which were also really great and a little less oily if that's your style. We came at 3pm and it was pretty open and empty. Unfortunately there's no happy hour since a beer would go well with the meal.Parking is def available but I think it might have been street parking.

Tivoli is one of my top pizza spots in Seattle! The restaurant itself is really nice and open! There are huge windows, and I can see it being a great spot to grab some pizza on a nice day. I came with three other people, and we ordered the cauliflower, caesar salad, anchovy pizza, and meat pizza. We also got ranch and hot honey as dips! Everything was delicious, and the pizzas were enormous! We barely finished the pizzas and definitely could've taken some slices home instead of forcing ourselves to eat it all, but sometimes you gotta stuff yourself. I loved putting the hot honey on the meat pizza, and the ranch was great too and definitely had a much better flavor than the store bought stuff. The anchovy pizza was pretty fishy (but still good), so I would caution you if you're not into that but I guess what do you expect when you order an anchovy pizza. My friends who are more into anchovies than I am loved the pizza!

Came here twice since opening their new location. The first occasion was a day or two after the grand opening. We ordered a variety of food to balance out protein, carbs, and fiber. All food selections were delicious but what struck me the most was the customer service. It was obvious that the staff put a lot of care for their menu as well as the experience for their customers. - Braised pork ragu ($16) - I usually don't like pork as much but the meat was tender and flavorful, I think it was my favorite out all of them- Eggplant parm pizza ($28 whole) - It was BIG and a great combo of crispy and chewy- Caesar salad ($12) - This is probably the only salad I would allow ordering out- Gooey butter cake ($4.50) - My friends and I were bascially fighting to lick off the plates because of how mind-blowingly good it was- Scoop of vanilla ice cream ($4) - They gave us a slice of complimentary brownie saying it's a pairing must

Convenient spot in Fremont with great service. The chopped salad was superb, shishito peppers were really good too! Love that they do pizza by the slice for lunch too, as I feel like not many restaurants do that anymore. Pizza is good, with great crust. Have been here twice now and plan to keep coming back.

Brand new pizza joint across the street. Tried the supreme on the rotating menu - it was really good. NYC style thin crust, made to order. Service was outstanding. Lots of long bench+table seating, as well as more conventional, smaller 2 or 4 person tables and regular seats.

As someone grew up in the Seattle area, lived in Saint Louis for years, and then returned to Seattle, Tivoli lived up to what I was hoping for. We ordered the kale and mushroom ragu over polenta and the meat pizza to share. The ragu was AMAZING l. I'm normally a carnivore but when I saw this on the menu something told me I should try it. I was not disappointed. The texture and flavor was perfect, combining mushrooms, kale, crisp almond slices, fennel seeds, tomatoes, peppers, and olive oil over a bed of creamy polenta (which is also not something I would normally spring for). Honestly this dish would fit in great at a fine dining establishment. I don't know how frequently they rotate their appetizer/small plate menu here, but I hope they keep this dish on, as I would honestly come back just for it.The pizza was also really good. It was a Saint Louis style crust, but not soggy or at risk of disintegrating. Also, no provel to be found (iykyk). My only (very minor) complaint about the whole meal was that they could have put on just a touch more meat - the meats tasted high quality/expensive so I understand why they didn't but I'd take 10% worse meat for 10% more of it.They have 15-20(?) beers plus wines and cocktails. Their beer list included some that are more difficult to find such as a Fair Isle (local) witbier and a basque cider from Son of Man, which I really enjoyed. My other suggestion to the restaurant if they read this is: how about a Missouri beer? I suggest Tank 7 from Boulevard (or Saison de Lis from Perennial, if it can be sourced this side of the rockies) as they both pair great with pizza.Indoor and outdoor (covered with some heaters) seating available. Wait staff was very friendly and quick. Overall I look forward to eating here again!

I was super excited to visit this place given the high reviews. Unfortunately it really did not meet my expectations :( We were a party of 3 so we decided to share a pizza and a couple appetizers. IMO all the appetizers were a little disappointing. Their focaccia is really tasty (fluffy, toasted, chewy, etc), but I was a little disappointed by the presentation and amount of food. The focaccia with olive oil was good, but missing something a little salty/tangy, while the anchovies were SUPER salty and only came with two slices of focaccia. Maybe my palette isn't developed enough or something, but I just wasn't expecting anchovies straight out of the can to eat with the bread :/ The salmon collar was probably my favorite appetizer, it was a little sweet and super tender and the nuoc cham was really good. However, given that it's the collar and just the amount of meat on the collar, it was not worth the price tag.The pizza was pretty good, I love love loved the texture of the crust! It's so chewy and crispy on the outside they definitely have their bread worked out to a science. This particular pizza was super salty though (not sure if it was the cheese or something else?) and I wish there was more meat on the pizza, I saw pictures of the pepperoni which looked WAY better, I wish I got that!In retrospect, I think getting two pizzas to share among three would have been a better choice, it's clear that pizza is their specialty. The service was very good-- our waiters were very friendly and professional! I also love the vibe, it's super modern while still having some cozy/homey vibes from the decoration.
