I really wanted to review the food at the Inasal food truck however they decided to close almost 2 hours early today. (7:30pm)When we asked them if they were open they said we close at 9. We pointed out that it was only 7:30 to which they just said "yes."We got no answer beyond that which was disappointing. I will try them again another time if I can catch them in the mood to stay open for their posted hours.

Food was good! Sisig was a boom. Chicken inasal and chicken oil is good as well. They have lots of inasal type in the menu.Service was very good! Owner was very accommodating. Ambiance is nice! Most especially night time they have string lights

I agree with the complaints about this establishment. We also drove for an hour on a day that it was supposedly open, but when we got there at 12pm, the truck was not at the said location. I called multiple times as well to confirm that they were open but not answer.

Food is good, that's why we keep coming back. Just make sure you update your business hour because your time says you're open until 8pm today so we drove 30mins each way only to be disappointed. Waste gas and time. If you're sold out, at least let your customers know by answering phone calls.

Very good and reminds my mom of food back home in Iloilo. We drove from Pearland for a small gathering for a birthday celebration so it was a little bit of a drive. We arrived at 1pm and was surprised that they already ran out of chicken. That was disappointing and surprising considering that they were opened a couple hours only. At any rate, we ordered a few other dishes and we enjoyed the taste and flavor. We wish they were closer, but I figure we will come back some time in the future.

I first heard about this food truck in Katy from the foodie crowd in Austin. I got very excited as they served specialty dishes from where my wife is from. Inasal means grilled, and that is what they offer. So far we've tried their pork, chicken (pecho/breast and paa/leg quarters), and their chicken liver (I know it's not for everybody but I'm really digging this one). Their dishes were wonderfully marinated before grilling and the flavor is very authentic Bacolod inasal. Order comes with rice and garlic oil and atsara (pickled condiments). The atsara is not so authentic (I think they added a certain ingredient that I haven't figured out yet) but I'm not hating it. You get a lot of food at their price point. They are located in a food truck park (3 other trucks) in a frozen custard shop. Not quite as good as Connie's but good enough to satisfy your dessert needs. As with any food truck that serves great food, they have the tendency to run out of certain food, I recommend calling first before heading there. You guys give them a try!
