Tipsy Tios Cantina & Grill

I have seen this place a few different times while in Huntsville but never stopped, today we decided to try it out. No one was in the restaurant so, we were a bit skeptical but everything we had was fantastic! The service that Kaitlyn provided was great and the food hit a home run for us! We are both stuffed like turkeys in Thanksgiving day! Thanks Tipsy Tios for being a hit for us!

Two of my friends from high school opened this restaurant recently so of course we had to check it out!! It's nice and bright inside with lots of windows, open seating with bar tops as well as regular tables, and outdoor seating for when the weather cools off! I can imagine a cold beer during the fall watching football! My mom and daughter were running late, so I got to chat with our waitress. She was super friendly and easy to talk to! She suggested the steak nuggets, so I went ahead and put an order of those for my 2 year old. They were so delicious!! Fried perfectly and not chewy at all! Served with cream gravy and French fries!! I'm ordering that next time!! My mom and I always share because I fill up quick. We decided on the street tacos. You get to choose fajita chicken, beef, or brisket. I got the chicken with no onions! The salsa that came with it was seasoned perfectly with a little kick! Watch the grilled jalapeño too! Whew!!!! My daughter is 2 and doesn't sit still often! There was plenty of room for her to run around. There are also 2 dart games as well as the ball game where you roll it and try to get it in the hole. My mind is still on summer mode! Anyway, please come check this place out!! My friends will take care of you and they are local guys!! Keep it up y'all!!! Proud of you!!

We finally got to try Tipsy Tios! Great service and fabulous food!! We had the steak nuggets with cream gravy and french fries which were fried to perfection. We also had a sampling of three tacos - chicken, pork, and beef. All were delicious! Can't wait to come when we can try the great drink selections! We will be back!

The quesadilla and B.L.T.A. was absolutely amazing. It was so tasty and definitely worth it. The fries were so seasoned and I definitely will reorder. The only thing I did not like was the Tres Leche Cheesecake - it tasted freezer burnt and was so nasty - I did not finish and felt it was a waste of money. I definitely want to try other items if I ever get the chance.

The service at Tipsys is a hit or miss depending on who you get. The drinks are affordable, and they offer various happy hour deals throughout the week. I recommend their breaded wings and birria quesadilla - they're delicious! The ambiance at Tipsys is vibrant and fun, making it the perfect spot for college students. My friends and I are regulars here, and we always have a great time.

I have talked this place up since my first visit...sadly, I took my husband and a friend and the food was so different. Don't know if the first visit was during their soft opening and they were trying new things but this time was much less flavor, mediocre quality, and slow service. The corn tortillas in the street tacos were much thicker and not cooked enough. The chicken was very dry and that hard piece of ligament/tendon that runs through each breast piece was NOT removed. Two different bites had to be spit out. My hope is that they'll find their niche with the food quality because the first visit was awesome.

Service is terrible, I can order and take a nap and maybe my food will be there. Half the servers have attitude. Also it is a MEXICAN restaurant and they play country music everyday, Tuesday is Texas Tuesday instead of Tejano Tuesday. If you're not on top of your receipt they will charge you regular price instead of happy hour prices.

Food was great and the beer was super cold. Enjoyed it. Plan to be backRelaxed environment. Great staff.

Finally got to come try this place and it was worth the wait! The staff is really friendly and attentive and gave great service. Our drinks were never empty and honestly our server was really great at checking in with us. I got the Cadillac Margarita and it tasted amazing. We got the Loaded Papitas to start with and seriously they were the best thing I've ever had. The birria tacos were definitely my favorite part of our experience, they had so much flavor. The atmosphere is so chill and cozy and they have a neon sign wall with a Skeleton and sombreros you can take photos with for Instagram or whatever social app you use. We will definitely be back very soon! Great concept.

Great food. Good service. Cold beer Wonderful place to hang with friends and watch the game.
